New Spacious 3200 sq. ft. Cabin w/ Hot Tub Across Street from Clubhouse Pool

This met all of our expectations. We came as a friends group to celebrate 2 birthdays and an anniversary and there was plenty of room for 16 of us. The host was very easy to work with and we will definitely use them in the future!

We had a great time house had plenty of room to move around and the club house was a hit also with the kids

Had a great stay, very nice location and home. Loved the wrap around deck which was great for relaxing and enjoying the calm surroundings.

A Blender, some baking/casserole dishes and wine glasses are things we would add to kitchen. Perfect for events in Lead and Deadwood and such easy access to the well maintained Mickelson trail. For activities going south: The Road construction June-July and ?Aug includes delays with lead cars makes HWY 385 toward Hill city & Keystone a road you want to avoid.Kids 3-13 and parents found the warm clubhouse pool still so fun when weather cooler.Area is quiet, relaxing and feels very safe. We saw deer and peacocks wandering in the neighborhood.

The outside grill and deck area needed some cleaning from the pollen or what ever was all over the grill. Dishwasher is still wobbly from last year too. Rooms with queen bunk beds is amazing and single king beds is outstanding. We did not use the garage. There is was hot water for 12 guys each morning. Entire house was clean. Directions how to leave the house when complete was very easy. We are all Veterans so we know how to leave a house better then we received it. Paula was very fast to contact me when i had a question. THis management company has been great for 7 years strong AND COUNTNNG!! See you next year!!!

Our group of 12 had more than enough room. House is clean. Basement stays very cold but our kids didn’t mind it. Hot tub is big. Would stay again.

People are just hard on things, had to turn on gas for the fireplace to work, tv remote control kept coming apart, hot tub cover was wrecked. Hot tub was dirty upon arrival and made weird noises. Had to go into town Monday only to find all the water drained from the hot tub so couldn’t use it that night. I did enjoy a clean hottub to drink my coffee the next peaceful morning. It is really hard to get out by 10 though. I usually leave the place just as clean, but didn’t this time because there was no laundry detergent left behind and had to get dishwasher tabs as there were none of them either. I plan to stay here again, so the things haven’t deterred me, but would prefer to have the home at the standard I’m used to. This is the best management company and I love working with them.

Location is prime for skiing and activities in the Deadwood/Lead area. The owners have done a wonderful job with decorating and making the cabin feel very welcoming and homey! Comfy beds too!! A

Homes are beautiful. Looking forward to my next time staying with them. The only negative was the hot tub wasn’t cleaned, but that was fine with my family, we didn’t use it.

Everything was great the property manager acknowledged our needs quickly. The loft is a little warm. Very quiet. We will be back again next year. We had 17 people total in this house. The kids loved the pool.

This was the first time the whole family went on vacation together and we had a great time. The property was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
