Stayed May 20, 2026This cabin is so cute! It has all the amenities, with plenty of sleeping space, as well as a cozy area to gather. The pool table and games are fantastic. The kitchen has everything needed, and there is a washer and dryer. It was decorated with care. A clean, family friendly space with majestic views. Communication with the host was great.

Stayed May 13, 2026What a beautiful peaceful retreat! Literally in the middle of nowhere, make sure you get good directions it can be tricky, a little clue it's in elbow canyon. The cabin is cozy with amazing views of the mountains. Comfortable furniture and beds, games, internet, really a hidden gem. And if finding a place to eat in town proves challenging, go to Perkins Place they have great food.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025This cabin is well appointed with a spectacular view of the valley and ranchlands outside of Mackay. The back is to the mountains and the front is facing the valley. We sipped our coffee watching pronghorn antelope out front. I can definitely recommend this cabin or for a couple to get away.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025We couldn't have been happier when we first arrived. The cabin was perfect, it was just what we needed. Some much required peace and quiet. The fun part for me was that it was about 3 mi off the main road and at first I thought we must be lost.. turns out, that's exactly what we needed ! To get lost out on one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. One tip! Make sure you have AWD or 4x4.. it is not a paved road out there but very drivable with the right vehicle. Majestic views ! We Watched 2 great sunsets from the front porch. Mackay ID has some of the prettiest scenery I've had the pleasure of visiting and do yourself a favor and take an ATV excursion, you won't be sorry.. we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The cabin is great! The views are lovely. It is about 10 minutes to town, but not a big deal. Be advised, you do have to open and close two gates every time you come and go. I would have liked to have known this in advance, as a disabled person. Loved all the incredible scenery in the area. Good communication from the host.
