Stayed Aug 11, 2025The host was very responsive and open to feedback during our stay. The home is spacious (I would say probably more ideal for a group slightly smaller than ours - we were 15). The set up is great for separate families with younger kids because they can stay in the attached room with bunk beds so they are close but not too close. The kids loved the pool. We had a little trouble getting the hot tub going but the hosts were very communicative and helped along the way.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We hosted a large gathering of friends for our annual trip and had an excellent experience. The home was spotless, spacious, and comfortably fit our entire group. The amenities—especially the private pool, hot tub, and game room—made it easy to relax and have fun together. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and how well-equipped the house was for hosting. Highly recommend for groups or families looking for a clean, well-appointed space in the mountains.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Overall our stay was fantastic and the space was perfect for our group. We would 100% go back after a few trivial issues were addressed. Our group was 3 families in total with children ages ranging from 1-7 years old.Cons:-Cleaning crew did a poor job overall--Large piece of leftover fish in the dishwasher when we arrived that made half the house smell horrible--Utensils were not clean with food still caked on--Cups still having mouth smudges and lipstick around the rims--Hand prints and smudges on windows*Again these are trivial complaints that were inconveniences with minimal impact to our overall satisfaction. However they are things that we did not expect we would have to deal with.-Upstairs bedrooms had tons (50) flies alive and dead throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Not sure if a window was left open but this unsettling and annoying to clean/kill all the flies-Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master did not work-HVAC in the upstairs did not work-Outside grill was old/dirty/un-useable-Board games missing piecesPros-Kid friendly with enough space for each family to have their own section of the house-The kids loved the playroom and running around the large yard -We utilized the hot tub almost every night which was nice in the cold weather-Pool house was perfect for the adults after kids went to bed-Towel, mattress, pillow, blanket quality was the among the best we've ever used-Firepit WITH wood-Smart TVs-Secluded-Customer service 5 stars

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Fun few days with our extended family of 13. Comfy beds for everyone with spaces to gather and spread out. We really enjoyed the pool area of this well maintained property which was exactly as described and pictured.
