This cabin was perfect in every way! Quintessential mountain charm with modern conveniences, spotless and beautifully maintained. We loved the big table for meals and laughs, the relaxing patio, cozy gas fireplace, and fire pit. Super easy to find, close to everything in Estes, with gorgeous views. It was the ideal spot for our group of seven college friends to reconnect. Highly recommend!

We got together for a college reunion and wanted to be able to get into RMNP easily. The location is great. There were 12 of us, so sharing bathrooms and showers took some work. There are nice small rooms to sleep in and a few big beds. The bunkhouse is just like it sounds, a big room with beds, but also a small kitchen and bathroom. The main house has plenty of room to hang out in and a very well stocked kitchen. We loved the outdoor deck and gas fire pit space. It is an ideal space for a lot of people and we would recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had a special gathering for with our friends and enjoyed having access to the beautiful mountain side, a small gas fireplace for us to gather at night, beds for everyone and calm serene wilderness atmosphere. We would stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to use your space! You have a wonderful place.

The house was spacious with incredible views!!! There was an abundance of linens, towels with an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. It would be extremely helpful to have a second trash bin or a separate recycle bin given all of the recyclables that we accumulated during the week. We did TWO recycle runs to the YMCA CENTER that we fortunately discovered. Having only two bathrooms in a home that can accommodate 9-10 guests was inconvenient….as well as for the bunk house if it had been full. The iron claw tub for showering needs to be replaced with a built-in shower to reduce the amount of water that escapes during showers.

Cabin is just great for a group outing. Close enough to town to be convenient but remote enough to feel like you’re alone in the mountains. Nice trail up to Sprague Lake close by too.

The cleaners were not done at 4 p.m., they did let us drop our items in the front room and put perishable food in the refrigerator. Not happy that we couldn't get in earlier as I had requested this several times due to having 3 children who could have napped a bit before a wedding celebration in down town Estes.
