Moondance - Dog Friendly with Fenced in Yard, Phenomenal Mtn Views and Hot Tub

This was well worth the money. We could tell by the decor and cleanliness that management really cares about this place. The hot tub was great. The view was great. The architecture was very cozy and cabin-y while being spacious and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes. The best part was that it was private: its at the end of a gravel driveway so there's no one driving by and all the neighbors are shielded by trees, even in winter when there's no leaves. I bet it will be even more magical and private when the trees have leaves. It's in walking distance to Helen. Overall, fantastic. We could not figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace but its probably disabled. Nevertheless, it stayed warm enough in the cabin (we visited in January).

The cabin exceeded our expectations for our family’s Christmas Market weekend in Helen! It was the perfect location to everything in downtown.

A fabulous location for Oktoberfest weekend and a 30th birthday getaway. Spacious and quiet, we relaxed and enjoyed the hot tub and scenery!!

The cabin looked small when we arrived but when we walked inside it was amazing. 2 complete levels with comfortable beds and living quarters and an additional 3rd level with twin beds. The back porch has a spectacular view of mountain tops . We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a very relaxing house that was so convenient to “things to do” in and around Helen, GA!

Beautiful home and so spacious! Pictures doesn’t do any justice. Some people on reviews complained about one way road, but we had no issues. Did have bears eat the top of trash can and spread trash everywhere!

Oh my gosh this rental is amazing! I honestly can’t say enough great things. It was so comfortable, porch was fabulous with amazing views, hot tub was great, a fenced in yard for our yorkie, gas grill for dinners together, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, super clean and great communication with rental company. If you’re wondering whether to book here or somewhere else choose here. Fast drive into Helen…you can walk it but must be in shape. Road going up is pretty narrow but other than that this place is perfection!

The bottom hottub is very nice and the house was very clean. Has a porch second story to look at the beautiful mountains in thr early morning.

Moondance was exactly what is listed. It is a great space that fit our family of 5, but was still able to give everyone their own privacy.Close to Downtown restaurants and shops, we were able to walk to 90% of our activities.We will definitely be back!

My family and I loved our stay at Moondance. We loved it so much we’re already planning another trip. I’m happy I picked Helen for our destination. Everything were exactly like it was explained. Awesome place

We loved the cabin, yard, view, and location! Bed are very comfortable!

We love the cabin and everything about it except for the one lane road getting to it.

Cabin was dusty and dirty. Hot tub was not chlorinated well, only one jet worked and it was full of mold.

This cabin was the perfect location to experience the mountains and downtown Helen!! Very spacious and clean. We will definitely be back.

It was perfect for our honeymoon and the view from the deck....that alone was worth it!

Beautiful property and cabin. While it is located .3 miles from downtown, you wouldn't want to walk it, especially at night. Secluded drive straight up. However there is parking at the bottom of White St

It was a beautiful cabin close to downtown Helen. Me & my husband unfortunately weren’t able to make the walk from the cabin to town due to being out of shape. The walk to town & back has to many hills for us old timers. Was a very short drive for us & we enjoyed our stay.

We are so grateful to have found the perfect place to stay now and in the future. The location is wonderful, close to town while being far enough away to feel secluded and get away from our busy lifestyles for a bit. The home had everything we needed, including a great walk out basement perfect for our dog’s crate and her things while also being a very relaxing tv and game room. We LOVE the outdoor space…looking out into the mountains in rocking chairs. The fire pit was so much fun and perfect for our final evening with s’mores. The modern kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook great meals, including a gas stove and oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer. We brought some of our own cleaning supplies and a Kurig kcup to make things a bit easier but it was not necessary. Thank you MoonDance for a wonderful stay. We will miss you until next time!

We had a wonderful stay. The view was great, the location was great. Everything was clean, cute, and comfy. We had plenty of room. We loved all the little extra touches for example the loght switches had cute lables for which light they were and the cabin/helenbook
