Montrose Quiet Country Home with a View on 3 Acres!

The house was ok, nothing nice for the price paid. Furnishing was cheap and secondary bedroom comforter was covered in pet dander. The bed is a full size not a queen in secondary bedroom.

The home is beautifully setup, and well taken care of. The views are astonishing! Great place to be. I would love to sit out on the deck in the summer drinking coffee and just take it in. Bed in master was extremely comfortable. Shockingly.

It was pretty clean. The master bedroom and bathroom had several spiders and spider webs. Need updated pictures of play set.

Great Experience

Nice home in a neat location outside of Montrose. Central to lots of different activities- Ute Indian Museum, Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Ridgway State Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Check-in process and communication were excellent. House had all the things we needed for a great stay.

Had to change our dates they were super easy to work with had everything we needed from laundry soap to spices

We really enjoyed staying here. It was peaceful with beautiful views. The house could use a deep cleaning and some maintenance, but overall it was a wonderful experience. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would recommend this place.

This was the perfect place for me and my family. It looked just as described, was very clean, had all the necessities we needed, and when we had an issue with the wifi, the hosts responded quickly and someone came over to fix it. We would love to stay here again the next time we come visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Evenings and mornings on the deck watching stars was my favorite thing. The house is well furnished The bed/linens are super comfy. It’s a great central location for activities in and around Montrose.

This was all around a wonderful stay. From booking and accommodation to the management doing everything to help us throughout our stay. The cabin was well stocked with utensils and daily use items. The views were amazing, along with friendly neighboring homes. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

We were in town for a wedding in Montrose, but had family in Delta, so location was perfect. Quiet, clean, plenty of room, kitchen nicely stocked. This will be our first choice when back in the area.
