Modern Single-Level Property w/ Covered Patio, Fire-Pit, Hot Tub, Open Plan!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay, yet did not feel that property management was responsive to questions related to A/V issues and pretty much had to remedy them on our own. Very nice layout, all concrete heated floors, great in the winter yet felt cold given no rugs of any kind. Needs some additional touches (like some lamps, as only have LED lighting) to make it feel homey. Kitchen setup great with more accessories than advertised. Hot tub easily accessible and best maintained we've had out in this part of the Black Hills. Would stay here again

Very nice property and an impressive layout!! Took us a little bit to figure out all the high tech equipment, but it was a very enjoyable experience!! Highly recommend.

We loved it!

The property was very nice. Spacious. The location is easy to get to. It worked well for our family vacation in the black hills. The house itself was lacking in a few little things that were annoying. No can opener, oven mitts and the coffee machine was broken. The propane was out for the grill. We reached out to the host to see how to replace the propane and was told it was a direct line in. We communicated back with photos trying to figure out what the host meant and did not ever receive a response. So we went and replaced the propane. Not a big deal, but annoying when we had family waiting on dinner.

It was stocked with everything you would need. We were beyond impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and the quality of items. It was such a beautiful location. Quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities both inside and out. We have already recommended this to friends and hope/plan to return ourselves! Communication was also great. They were quick to answer any questions we had. The community club house/pools were also great. Plenty of chairs, clean pool, clean bathrooms. We loved everything. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Beautiful home with open floor plan! Stocked with every necessity and comfort item that you might need/want. (Kitchen items, games for family, etc). Gorgeous setting and plenty to do for adults and kids. Also worked well for my husband and his wheelchair, which is not easy to find. Will definitely stay there again!!

The main bedroom area was large. The other 2 bedrooms were on the other end of the house and were smaller with queen beds. Bathrooms were all very nice. Open floor plan was great!We had plenty of space for us all. Had parking enough for 3 vehicles and trailers. The back covered patio with the gas fire pit was awesome!

We loved this location, the house and the beautiful development. The house set up was exactly what our family needed with 3 kids ages 4-9. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking utensils. We would definitely recommend this property!

Clean, modern, nice hot tub, wonderful fire table, awesome lighting throughout, comfy beds & pillows, layouts of bathrooms & bedrooms were perfect, was nice to use the garage to store coolers
