We loved the open kitchen area. Our only concern was cleanliness. The toilet upstairs had not been scrubbed between renters and neither had the floors. I did bring this up to the contact at the rental right away! Overall though, we really did enjoy our stay at this beautiful cabin!

We enjoyed everything except the club house. Way to many kids. Rules need to change to where there are certain hours for adults only. Example: 6-10 pm.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The peaceful setting made it the perfect getaway. The clubhouse and pool were such a fun bonus for everyone. We’d definitely come back again!

The property was great. Very nice and everything worked. It was fairly clean except for some dust under the couches and dust covering and old artificial Christmas tree. See the attached photos: We had mold falling off our clothes after using the washing machine. It was full of mold and disgusting. One bedroom mattress did not have a cover and was stained...gross. The mattress tags were dated 2016 meaning that they were original and in dire need of being replaced as they sunk into the middle and were not comfortable at all. Upon arrival, we noticed one of the bedrooms did not have a TV. The property description listed each bedroom with a flat screen TV. We found the TV manual in a dresser drawer. It must have died and was never replaced. I sent an email to the Property Manager complaining as we do not book units without a TV in each room. She called me immediately and told us to pack our stuff and leave. I can have this place rented out in one day. I've never been treated so rudely by any owner/manager. We've rented thru VRBO many times over the past several years. I would not recommend this place as long as it has the current Property Manager. Huge disappointment.

I took full advantage of the hot tub while my wife was able to read her books on the main floor by the fireplace. We will be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This cabin was extremely clean, cozy and BEAUTIFUL! We stayed 3 nights and felt so at home! The check in and check out had crystal clear instructions. There were prompt answers from the property owners for needs. HIGHLY recommend booking for your family/friends vacay!

We have stayed at many cabins in the black hills and this was one of our favorites. We loved the community lodge available also. Would definitely stay again.

Neat and maintained modern style living

The area, home, location and amenities were perfect!

The cabin was cute and had beautiful decks. The location was ideal for our needs. However, it could have been a little cleaner. We found dirty towels behind doors and garbage left on the bathroom floor, indicating that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Also, one of the couches needs to be replaced as it is sunken in and very uncomfortable.

Great place with plenty to do, we only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and as described, we will be back to stay for sure!

Had a family of 28 stay with lots of grandboys ages 6-14. This place is so roomy, with lots of space for kids to play and adults to walk around and stay out of each others way. The hot tub was a hit with the grandchildren. It was nice that all the families (6) to have their own bedrooms. I did rent another cabin, (Lazy Bear) for some of the young adults, 6 of them to stay. We loved the convenience of the Grocery store only 3 miles away. We rented side by sides and went trail riding also. We had beautiful weather. We went in the middle of July for 4 days.
