This home is even more beautiful than the photos. The layout was perfect for our group enjoying a lady's weekend. The home is decorated in such a classy style that fits in so well for that area of the Black Hills. With four bathrooms, there was never a line or a wait. Absolutely everything we could want in a VRBO. Budi's rentals never disappoint!

Everyone in our group said they would stay here next time. Everything was clean and cozy. All supplies were there for our weeklong stay. We've stayed other places that provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week of 10 people. Not here! There were plenty of supplies and extra towels. We never had to contact property management because everything worked well and was in great condition. We will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful surprise to walk in to the home which was very tastefully decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. The house was spacious with two bedrooms on the main floor, which was great for the 80 year olds, and two living room areas which was nice for the younger crew to hang out downstairs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (probably the best of all the vacation rentals we have stayed in, including bar items). The house was VERY clean and well maintained with high end finishes. The hot tub was a fun gathering each night after days of skiing. The location is perfect for people visiting Terry Peak and is in a scenic area. Being across the street from the community center and pool was an added bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I realize it is a new build, but no window coverings in the main living area. Very minimal decorations and echoed a lot. We have stayed at many locations in this same area and the sites always had some type of games, cards, or dice. There was nothing available at this site. Very limited seating in the living room. We had a big group and could only seat 4 people. The house stayed very warm for the cold weather we had. No walk in garage door. But had heated garage for the vehicles and that was a big plus!! Need a rug inside the laundry room and a larger rug for shoes inside the main door.

House was extremely clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was decently stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Location was perfect for us, close to skiing and a short drive to Deadwood and other attractions.
