Modern Cabin, Full of Windows, Cabin in Powder House Pass w/ Clubhouse Pool!

Nice place would definitely stay again worth every penny. The only negative would be the outdoor gas grills internals are almost burt out and needs replacing.

We liked everything about this house, the sleeping arrangements, the layout of the house and the neighborhood the house was located in

It was a very nice home with plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The darkening shades were a bonus for all rooms except the loft as they did not have them on 2 of the windows which would have been nice to keep heat out. Pool area was very nice but did get very packed. Overall it was great and we would stay agin.

We only had 6 people staying at the house, and if we took 2 showers, we needed to wait about 2 hours for the hot water to regenerate. We were not doing laundry or running the dishwasher and still ran out of hot water. The kitchen area is quite compact and no tv's in the bedrooms.

Loved the bunk room for our 4 grands & extra living room. A little far from all the events & wished the property was sodded & or mowed prior to arriving. I would recommend cleaning the rugs and carpets as well as the upstairs couch. They were all very dirty.

Great place to all be together in in space. Great Black Hills experience that was easy to get to and still close to town if you needed something.

Enjoyed this house! A very comfortable home. We agree with all the top ratings…don’t know what else to add. Any questions we had Budi was very quick to respond and was always very helpful. We would definitely rent again, or any home that she manages! Thank you for everything!

We did notice a couple things regarding the cleanliness of the home. There were spider webs in the corners of the windows and a spider web attached from the lower-lever patio door to a nearby basket. Also, the steps were very dusty especially the corners. I know it's that time of year but clearly the spider webs and dust had been there a while.

We had a mama and 2 fawns that had their sleeping area right on the property. Clubhouse/Pool area was awesome. The only downside - which isn’t necessarily a downside - was that there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms. If you are used to sleeping with the background noise, it was a little adjustment.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, we went sxs riding everyday and cooked breakfast and supper at the home everyday. Great vacation and place to stay!!

We would stay here again. Great area, great property, a nice home base for our Black Hills trip. Only thing I wish was better was the showers - ran out of hot water every day after half a shower. Not conducive to a family of 4 staying there let alone a full house of 12. But for how comfortable everything else was, we’d stay here again.
