Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and most having private bathrooms made the stay more enjoyable. The level entry and several walk in showers made our older relatives feel right at home. Plenty of hot water for everyone. The kitchen was large and easy for group cooking with plenty of seating for all. There was something for everyone in the area. We hope to stay again and have recommended it to family and friends.

Very spacious for our

19 of us spent 7 awesome days here for the Sturgis bike rally. The house was perfect. Plenty of room to hang out and relax. Multiple refrigerators and an ice maker. Looking forward to coming back.

Great place for a large family. Absolutely loved it!

We came for a family reunion. Perfect size house with so many amenities. Everyone had so much fun. We enjoyed the kitchen to cook together as a family and the outdoor fireplace to gather at night. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this rental. The Lord willing we would go back there again in 5 years to celebrate their 50th.

The house was a great location, clean, roomy and broke up with bedrooms on the ends leaving two large gathering areas in the middle, one on each level. The kitchen was well stocked and there was room for all of us to sit and eat together. The large windows were wonderful providing an amazing view and it was beautiful to watch the snow as we sat in front of the fire. The bedrooms were well designed to allow for families with young children. The management was very helpful as always. We have come to this area for our family gathering for many years, so far this is my favorite house.

Our family of 29 people stayed over Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space if needed and the family room, dining area and kitchen were large enough for us to all hang out together. It was close to Lead and Deadwood. We had fun hot-tubbing and going to the pool!The kitchen is not well-equipped. Most of the dishes and drinking ware is cheap plastic, like you'd find in a camper. I think even the coffee cups were plastic. Only 1 plastic serving platter. No big bowls besides cheap mixing bowls. We assumed from the vibe of the house that everything would be quality.Only 2 of the 8 bedrooms have bedside lamps. Sometimes communication with the hosts was very slow. One time we waited 17 hours for a response (while at the property).I would stay here again because it's great for a group! But it's important to note the house is luxurious, but also...not.

It is decorated beautifully, much thought has been given to comfort (the king & queen beds are great, tho the bunks are hard), and the kitchen is outfitted with every convenience. We really enjoyed the game tables downstairs, and there are more in the garage. The hot tub needed cleaning, but management handled it promptly so we could use it most of our stay. A few things guests might want to know: bedrooms do not have lamps, must bring all personal toiletry items, one room is only bunkbeds, with low clearance for adults.Overall, the design of the house was perfect for our family of 8 adult couples who want private sleeping and bathrooms, along with gathering spaces to all be together. I'd highly recommend!

We were a large group - maximizing the capacity of the property with 16 adults & 16 kids! Technically there were enough beds for everyone, but because parents wanted kids where they could see them we had a few kids on bedroom floors. We loved having two big gathering places. The kids and their noise downstairs & a more quiet place upstairs. There was enough seating in the kitchen & balcony to cover all that we needed. Three fridges were needed for that many people and cooking in. The kitchen was better stocked than expected with a couple big pots, 3 or 4 frying pans, sauce pots, sheet pans. Lots of mixing bowls, 2 seives. There were spatulas, serving spoons and so forth as well, but the can opener had problems (only one) and the single whisk was wimpy. We did find measuring cups & spoons. A few basic spices were there. There is not enough drinkware for 34 people! Nor enough bowls. Not enough metal cutlery either. We bought disposable and used it. The one annoying thing about the kitchen setup is the water & ice dispenser is in the pantry. So people were always in & out of there. I wish it had been on the kitchen counter! We used the TVs, they worked great. Smart ones we could cast too! They all use the same remote, which is good & bad. A parent confiscated a remote to stop their child from watching, and the child just got another remote. Lol! We enjoyed the hot tub. We used the garage as extra play space. Loved the big wide driveway & patio space! Great place!

This spacious house allowed us to gather together in large areas but also has enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy when needed. It's in a wonderful location in the northern Hills. The pool area was great for all ages. My only complaint was minor. The pool tale was not well cared for. The cues were all damaged, but they did provide new ones. The table surface was damaged slightly and the table was not leveled. Minor things but meaningful to a group who enjoys billiards. Otherwise the property was excellent and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. I would suggest lamps on the bedside tables in the master bedroom for reading at night.
