We travel a lot. There are few places our family of four always agrees on going back too or all get excited about unitedly! This is the place. Always relaxing by the river. We love walking in town for meals. Great location to all things we enjoy doing. The host is amazing and easy to communicate with. We have been going for years and have found nothing we like better! So we plan on going every year in the future!

With the river right outside your door and a hammock to enjoy the sound of the rushing water, you cannot stay in a more picturesque spot in Aspen valley!

Went with our two kids (9 and 6). Perfect set up walkable to town and with fly fishing close by. Best hosts, easy to get in touch with and super accommodating. 10/10 will return.

Wonderful place

Lovely cabin. We enjoyed coffee every morning sitting by the Frying Pan River and we walked into Old Town in the evenings for dinner. We were convenient to hiking trails and the Roaring Fork River for rafting adventures. Highly recommend!!

This was our second time to stay in this sweet cabin right on the river. And we will definitely be back again!

Wonderful stay from start to end. Close to all the amenities. Amazing river a stone’s throw away from the front door. Friendly and helpful host. One of our favorite places now in Colorado.

The location is superb - short walk to wonderful restaurants and shops, but leaving is hard because of the fabulour Frying Pan just steps out the door. Already planning a return, it can't come quick enough!

Terrific alternative to a boring hotel room. Perfectly kitted out cabin along the banks of the Frying Pan. Perfect for couple and kids or 2-3 friends. Walk to restaurants and shops in Basalt in 3 minutes. Easy drive to Snowmass and rapid transit parking lots. Loved our stay here as a base for skiing in the valley. Would be extraordinary in summer.

A charming little cabin for 3 with its own private Riverside oasis. A real gem!

This riverside cabin was the perfect setting for a peaceful connection with nature and still close enough to town to walk to dinner.

Exactly as listed. Perfect cabin for exploring Basalt and fishing. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. The river is literally steps away.

Loved the cabin, perfect spot and just really well done. We had a fantastic time and thought it was just an awesome place!

Amazing cabin with incredible views of the frying pan river!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Christy’s cabin- you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed lounging by the river and walking into town to the Tipsy Trout. The kids loved the hammock and it was nice being able to fish right out your door. The cabin was very clean and cozy!

We stayed at the Basalt cabin for three nights and it was perfect for the two of us. We loved the setting and the easy walk to restaurants in town was a plus. 1 short block and you are in town but feel like you are away from everything at the cabin and have privacy from the main house on the property. The owners are super friendly but do not bother you. Their dogs come for a visit daily and we loved that since we missed our dogs at home. You won't be disappointed. The cabin is clean, comfy and cozy and well appointed. We cannot wait to return.
