Stayed Nov 8, 2024Everything promised was delivered! Very clean and cabin is located on a gated community of other cabins. ideally situated 15-20 mins for food, grocery and gas. We will be back!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Overall, we had a good experience at the cabin. The views are beautiful. Cabin 6 is between two other cabins so not a lot of privacy when you’re sitting outside. The kitchen counters had not been wiped down when we arrived but everything else seemed clean. We did lose power for several hours during our stay which was no one’s fault but the water doesn’t work when the power is out. The Stanley area was very pretty and we enjoyed our visit. There is a diner in town but most other restaurants are 20-30 minute drive. Be aware that there are absolutely no refunds given for cancellations at this cabin which is stated in the ad but after you book, they make you sign an agreement that also says “No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortages, flooding, snow, blizzards, tornadoes, or mandatory evacuations due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from ANY acts of God or nature.”

Stayed Jul 3, 2024It was 4th of July weekend. It was very hot (heat index that weekend was 104). The Ac worked great and everything was there for us to be able to fix breakfast and cook dinner on the grill. Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the mountains in the afternoon. Visited the Luray caverns one day ( if u need to visit somewhere in the summer that’s the place to go it was about 54 degrees down there and totally amazing.
