Longs Peak Cabin is a beautiful cabin located near Rocky Mountain National Park, and an incredible retreat away from everything. Walking distance to the Longs Peak Trailhead makes this home a hikers paradise. The cabin is also close in proximity to various park entrances like the Twin Sisters Trail head, Lily Lake, and Wild Basin. This beautiful and comfortable cabin is a Monthly Long-Term Rental property available for extended stays of 30 night minimum reservations only. Longs Peak Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy cabin that sleeps 6. The main level Master bedroom has a King Bed, the main floor second bedroom a Queen Bed, and the second floor has two twin beds. This cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a cozy living room. A perfect family getaway to unplug from the real world, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Estes Park. If you are looking for a cabin for a long stay of 30+ days for work or play, Longs Peak Cabin should be your first consideration.

10.5 miles from downtown Estes Park, 5 miles from the Wild Basin entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 9.4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Quiet Time 7p.m.

Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

BEARS in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Snow removal by HOA at 4 inches of new snow at arrival.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
