Log Cabin Rental! Quiet, Peaceful & Private Lakefront. Dog Friendly!

This little cabin was absolutely amazing! So beautiful and it felt like we were all alone. It was quite, the lake was right there on the property. There was fire pit, table, kayaks, rocking chairs to sit out in the mornings or late evenings to watch the sunset/sun rise. Just perfect!

Perfect setting for our honeymoon. We were able to enjoy some quiet time on the small lake including plenty of fishing and some kayaking. Perfect location for day trips to the Lake Superior coast.Plenty of great memories to take home w us.

The log cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds were very private, on a small lake. No traffic, no noise for a week. We hated to leave.

Very clean and amazing place. Just want to let the owners know that a gasket on top of shower might be loose as it was leaky, just FYI as we noticed during our stay. Also, to lock the door back up with key code was difficult at times, not sure of it was just us or what but unlocking was fine. Thank you so much again!

Lovely little cabin. Pull out bed frame was broken and unusable which was a bummer. Aside from that, lovely stay with solid WiFi.

This property was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. The cabin was well stocked and very well kept. The lake was just beautiful and it was very easy to drive to the places we wanted to explore. Could not have been happier with our stay.

We stayed here for a few nights after the 4th. The cabin was amazing, perfectly cozy with everything you could need! We did a local trail and came back and relaxed on the water with a small fire. It is the perfect location as long as you aren't intimidated by being 30 mins or so from stores. We were able to bring our dogs and they had the best time also! We loved it so much, we booked another stay. Highly recommend! Communication with the host was also amazing and easy! Thank you so much for letting us rent a bit of paradise!

It was a beautiful and quiet getaway. The lake was peaceful and the cabin clean and perfect for our small group of 4. The property was also in driving distance of some beautiful hiking and Lake Superior scenery. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in the UP. It was beautiful. The house was just the right size for 2 people. My son spent so much time on the lake. I would recommend this place for a nice getaway

Our stay was great, very peaceful and homey which was just what we were looking for! We came under the impression that some amenities would be included and they were not. The host explained they forgot to remove those amenities from the description and didn’t offer any kind of remedy which was kind of disappointing. We came expecting them, so we did not bring our own. Otherwise, it was fantastic- I would just say pack everything even if they say they have it!

We stayed here right before Christmas and it was perfect. We packed the Xbox to watch our show, groceries and the basics and enjoyed a weekend in together. We did a little adventuring into town, but otherwise enjoyed hanging out together for a weekend It is a bit of a drive in, but the seclusion is nice

This was an absolute perfect isolated spot to unwind. My partner and I stayed early October- peak fall color season- with our senior dog. The view was absolutely amazing. The cabin had everything you could possibly need. There are neighbors but they're far enough and trees provide a great deal of privacy so hardly noticed they were there. We didn't think our senior dog could make the stairs to the loft so we slept on the pull out couch downstairs so she could be near us on her dog bed. The last 20-30 min drive is on gravel road. We were in a Subaru Impreza and easily made the trek. Would 100% return and recommend to all!

This was a cozy spot for us to lay our heads with our 2 little dogs after a day trip up to Pictured Rocks. Clean, cozy and well maintained. We had a nice fire in the fire pit every night. Absolutely no bugs and 2 beautiful tundra swans at home on the lake! Fun!

Cozy, adorable little cabin. The only complaint I have is the lighting throughout is very dim. Hard to see anything in the kitchen or loft.
