Less than 5 Minutes from downtown Helen. Beautiful Views of Mt. Yonah!

Cute place, great amenities and comfortable beds. It could use a few updates and new carpet. Beautiful view of the Yonah mountains and close to both Helen, Dahlonega and Anna Ruby Falls. We had a great time. The cabin was also decorated for Christmas. Totally beautiful and a surprise.

Exactly what my family needed after 3 days at Big South Volleyball tournament. Relaxing home in mountains with beautiful sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay for a weekend- kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you are going to cook-views of the mountains were gorgeous

Awesome place. We will be coming back since we only did a few trails. We walked every time we went to the main st. Kids loved it. They kept asking me why their hips and calves were hurting on the first 2 days. LOL

Cabin was simply perfect! Great location. Awesome views. Will definitely book again. Only only only 1 minor thing… the frig… super cute, loved it, BUT can’t store a lot.

The sofa was stained. There were a few roaches in the house. The linens were not changed and the bedspread was torn at the top. Towels were old. The bathrooms were also not cleaned. Its a lovely place, just need some new linens, and cleaned properly. The sofa covered just needed to be washed!.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly. The cabin was a nice cozy little cabin, it was well furnished and comfy. It’s literally right next to downtown which made for super easy access to attractions. My suggestion is that if you visit this cabin arrive in the daylight, the neighborhood is very dark at night. Everything about the cabin was fantastic though!

The towels were still in the washing machine from the previous party; unwashed. Pots and pans were used and not cleaned before put back in cabinets. It must have been the time of year, but there was a huge lady bug infestation in the cabin.

Dylan was especially informative and gave us great recommendations on dining. The amenities we had everything we needed

Communication with the host was good. The cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. Linen was stale & had a smell. We ended up buying wash clothes & towels. It could use an exterminator as well. Perfect location. The views were amazing & we like the fact that it was close to downtown. Please clean & do some upgrades in the unit.

5 of us went for a girl's trip. The cabin was amazing and cozy. Very comfortable. Spent allot of time on the deck enjoying the scenery. It was clean and very comfortable. Dylan was very accommodating. Only 7 min from Helen. Will definitely rent this cabin again! Highly recommend you rent this cabin if you are looking for something close to Helen.

Our cabin was great for our visit to Helen. It was about a five minute drive to downtown Helen. FYI, for our fellow “flatlanders” there are some pretty steep drives. Pretty view and very quiet location.

This is a wonderful spot in a very quiet neighborhood. It's very close to everything you will want to do in Helen. When they say 5 minutes to Helen, 3 minutes of that is driving through the hills of the community. It is a great spot, and we will definitely be back at some point soon.

Nice cabin and great location

Overall we enjoyed the stay. However, for a 140 cleaning fee, you would think the place would be clean. Found hair from a previous guest in the shower and mildew on the shower curtain. Carpet is stained and the sheets are old and worn. Sheets have little bumps on them. Had to get sheet from another bed to cover them. Also, I had to fix the flush handle on the toilet next to kitchen. The chain kept coming off when you flushed. And we had to clean one of the window seals in the bedroom.

Property was just as described. Very clean with Mountain View. Very relaxing enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. Bonus we saw a mama bear with three cubs less than 100 yds from the cabin.

Dylan was excellent at responding to issues and/or questions. He provided perfect instructions on how to locate the house, which was needed because it was a little tricky. My husband and I brought our 5 grandkids to go tubing and enjoy a weekend together. The four younger ones enjoyed being in the same room but more so, being in their own individual beds. The location was very close to town and literally minutes from Cool River tubing, which was our destination and it was also close to Betty’s Country Store, which is where we stocked up on supplies. I took off a star because even though the home was relatively clean, it definitely was not cleaned prior to our arrival based on both decks being covered in leaves, dirty dishes and pans in the cupboards and a few unalive bugs, which is to be expected in a area with trees but not to be expected on the first day of our arrival. I also personally felt that the master bedrooms mattress was too firm, again, nothing to do with the home, just my personal opinion as it was difficult to sleep on it and the couch was too soft. We made do as it was just for the weekend. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and our host and appreciate Dylan opening his home to give us an opportunity to spend quality time with our grands. They really enjoyed the experience and especially the pool, which was super warm!

We experienced minimal issues during our stay. The property manager wad phenomenal at communication. The location is great. My girls enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the short trip to city center to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

My friend and his son and my son and his sons stayed at the hibernation station for a couple nights to do trout fishing. We had a very enjoyable time. The location is very close to everything in Helen really nice views real very relaxing house.

Our family loves Helen and took full advantage of being so close to downtown. There are so many nice hikes in the area and coming home to this home was cozy and convenient.

Great little place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Just a heads-up—the driveway is very steep, so anyone on a motorcycle should use caution. The location is excellent, but be prepared for a bit of a wait at the gate when signing in—patience is key. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The house was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended. A word of caution—Do not trust your GPS in getting there! We almost went to the wrong house. The owner sent detailed instructions on how to get there. Follow those instead.

Great location, beautiful views and lots of room. Downtown Helen is just minutes away. A terrific notebook was included pointing out all the various activities available in the area. We hiked Brasstown Bald and loved the views at the top. Would easily be a five star with some TLC (carpets cleaned, window sills cleaned, furniture dusted and sime touch-up paint.

We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay! It was close to get into town and loved visiting Helen. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others!❤️ A few suggestions: the door into the upstairs bedroom squeaks Need a light on the porch when arriving at dark or have a light on the property numbers A bath mat in the master bedroom

Cabin very clean and comfortable. Our host was awesome answering all my questions. Parking is very limited unless you have two subcompact vehicles.view the the deck is great with the sunset on the mountain side.

Overall very nice. Host was very responsive to any questions or needs. Furnishings are a little dated and mattresses are very firm. Needs new deck furniture. May need to bring your own towels for longer stays. However, none of these things diminished our stay, still had a great time!

The roads were challenging but fun to get to the house. There were a few things that needed repairs such as the master bath door and the lamps on each side of the master bed. The red fridge was adorable and the space was just right for our family if 5. Loved the view from the balcony.

This place was in the perfect location for a beautiful view and super close to downtown Helen. The home itself was super cute and well-maintained! The cleaner they have did miss a few things when we got there (dirty towel was left hiding behind a door and on top of the short fridge was super dusty) but overall the house was clean! The management company and individual contact (Dylan) was amazing! He responded to anything I needed or that I messaged him within minutes! I would stay here again! The house set up is perfect for families staying together, as the rooms are all on different sides and the upstairs room has 4 beds! This is a nice place! There was a nutso guy who lived across the corner that called the cops on us for using the wrong duoster (LOL) but it didn’t take away from the great place and awesome customer service the property manager provided us with!

We had a nice and comfortable stay at this cozy cabin with beautiful views. The location was perfect, close to Helen downtown and nearby state parks. However, there were a few downsides: limited towels (including kitchen towels), and the kitchen had basic amenities—no seasonings, aluminum foil, or vegetable spray that we've had in other rentals. Also, a heads-up: parking is truly limited to two cars and thankful we carpooled as it was a tight parking pad. The property is on top of a hill. The beds were on the firm side. Overall, it was an enjoyable spot for our girls' trip!

Property was nice just did not have fire place or fire pit or outdoor seating. Was nice and clean. A lot of things broken theoughout unit.
