Oh ma'gosh everyone...you need to stay here!!! I was looking for a hotel originally when planning a visit to my son's in Helena and this VRBO popped up as an option. It was only 6 minutes from the property to our sons appt in Helena. (since the speed limit is 80, eeekkkk!) When i saw the pics of all the stuffed animals (mounts) I immediately got goose bumps as my husband is a full time hunter and part time husband (haha). So i read the reviews and the price is very reasonable vs staying in a hotel. When we arrived at Lee's Bunkhouse, i immediately squealed as the pictures do not do it justice. Before i opened the doors to the bunkhouse I told my husband Ge ready to crap your pants! his first words were HOLY BLEEP!”Then the hubster seriously spent the next 2 hours inspecting the mounts and all their glory. We were greeted by Debbie, the owner and her wonderful pets Hank, Ren and orange kitty (can't remember his name). Debbie is one of the sweetest kindest people you will ever meet...and too generous w/all the amenities provided. A nice bottle of wine, chocolate and jam were waiting on the pool table for us. I tell you, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. The sweet furr babies greeted us every time we left and came back to the bunkhouse. Such sweet pets and made our stay feel that much more like home, sigh. We will definitely stay here again.

Debbie was very nice, and hank is the best dog!! gets a little warm in there so request the window ac unit, and there's no full stove or oven, just a couple electric burners. overall though it was a great place to stay, they even give you some welcome presents.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. We also loved being greeted by the dogs and cat when we came home every night and in the mornings. Our grandkids loved feeding the horses and playing with the dogs. A great cabin!

Our family of four stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was so unique and the property was very nice. It fit us wonderfully and had a few pets that would come say hi every day.

So much thoughtful care was put into creating this bunkhouse retreat. We especially loved the friendly dogs that greeted us in the morning.

The place was great. We were also greeted by a couple of sweet dogs and a kitty cat! It would be a great place any time of year, but I bet winter time would be fun with the atmosphere of the place.

It was the coolest place to stay from our whole two week trip. The Lee’s were the most genuine people to talk to and very accommodating. Their dogs and cats liked us and would come and visit whenever we were sitting on the front porch. We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

Had some friends come out to visit and help me with some projects around our place. They stayed at the bunkhouse while here and everything was super. Relaxing and great mountain bunkhouse feel.

Fun staying in this man-cave for a couple of days. This was home base for some off-road Jeep excursions in the area. Friendly pets are always great. Semi-off the grid as well. Small touches were well done. Coffee choices, spices, toiletries were all well stocked and more diverse than a typical VRBO.

We came up from Wyoming to see family. The place was perfect for the adventure enthusiast! Off the beaten path, with beautiful views! The place allowed for my sons to get out and take a deep breath from a crazy couple of days! And my oldest just loved the loft bed that he got to use!
