Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the area and everything, but the cabin had quite a few noticable issues. A few of the beds seemed to be broken, some of the trim around the doors is coming off, almost all of the outlets don't even hold things in, and the water was off for almost a day during our stay. They did come and fix it the next morning though after leaving a voicemail and calling almost 3 times. We are looking at different cabins for next years stay in St. Germain.

Reviewer Comments: Quiet and relaxing, a great time with friends and relatives, good fishing, and fun at the beach. The only drawback was a sewer smell coming from a poorly seated ever cover.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First cottage we got had no hot water. Batley any heat. Old stove that wouldn't lite and mouse poop. 2nd cottage . Water was hot bath tub didn't work . Hot water heater didn't work very long. Poor TV. Ultimately not even close to worth 1200 for a 4 night stay.
