Stayed Aug 11, 2025The Keystone Cabin was a wonderful place for us to stay during our vacation to SD! The home was convenient to all of the sight seeing and parks that we wanted to visit. In the mornings we saw the deer and turkeys while drinking coffee on the front porch. The home provided us with the comforts of home and a quiet relaxing atmosphere!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The home was incredibly. Beautiful 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Enough room for a large family. Fully equipped kitchen for those nights you want to eat in. The grounds were well maintained enough for the beautiful animals that’s crossed the acres.. horse, deer, turkeys were just a few. The home is a short distance from Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the 1880 train in Keystone. Had a wonderful trip in SD!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024When we walked into this home, we were greatly impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the home. The pictures online matched what the home looked like in person. It was nice that they provided firewood for the fire pit, which we used one night to roast s'mores. There were adequate towels, washcloths, dish towels, etc. The setting in the woods was really nice. We had one night where we were able to see the stars. (the other nights, the sky was covered because of smoke blowing down from fires in Canada.) But it was nice not to have light pollution. We were able to ride our four-wheelers down the road to a dirt road where we saw animals and deer. It was a beautiful tree lined road. The home was close to Keystone and Mount Rushmore. We ate at Ruby's Inn - really good trout. It was also close to Hill City where we ate at Alpen Inn (European type cuisine) and Chute Rooster (the best Prime Rib I have ever eaten.) Our grandsons loved Cosmos. We rented a pontoon boat at Sheridan Lake, drove the Needles Highway, visited the Wax Museum, and of course, Mount Rushmore, to name just a few. We stayed five nights and four full days, and could have used another day or two. This home was a nice retreat from all the busy days we spent there. It was large enough for the seven of us to spread out in and relax. I highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024This was a beautiful place for us to stay. It was very clean and excellent accommodations. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was not lacking anything that we needed. It had games, tvs, WiFi and other thoughtful items. We would have loved to extend our stay here. All I can add is “enjoy!” We did!
