The property has had a significant amount of water intrusion and now smells of mold. If the host can get the place in order it is a functional space.

First of all when you walk up to the door, there was four sandbags uh oh!! Then you walk in and there’s a musky odor and covered with a chemical smell for roaches or fleas not sure!! The hot tub and swimming pool is in a public park that the city runs that you have to pay. The neighborhood is unsafe so I left after 10 minutes to go get a last minute hotel. I wouldn’t even leave my boat as a paid 6 day storage facility for the next six days because I wouldn’t even have a motor probably when I got back to it. The bed looked clean and so did the bathroom but when you have additions to a house where corners doors and walls are supposed to meet and don’t uh-oh!!! The host said it was in a Resort community so for the price I thought this would be an affordable extra week inCrystal River but I guess we were taught you get what you pay for so with that in mind not too bad!!! Take your chances!! Crystal River Florida is absolutely beautiful

WE WERE THERE A COUPLE OF DAYS AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.

Went down to Crystal River with a great friend to explore the fishing and scalloping on a last minute fishing trip. This place is perfect for two travelers. We each got our own room and shared the bathroom. There was enough room to park our truck and boat. Good location off of a main strip. Our host had great communication and even left some donuts for us during check in that came in handy when we were out on the water.

Cute, minimum needs. Beds comfy. Host left several snacks. Very prompt in communicating.

Accommodation was clean but very cramped. There wasnt a kitchen in the rooms but there was an outdoor grill and a camper with a kitchen we were able to use. The host was great. She was knowledgeable about local attractions and knew all the best places to eat.

The place was very cramped. I stayed in one small room; there were 2 and that one had a double bunk bed, which you had to make your way around as it also had a closet in it. There was an area on the outside but it had a dilapidated kitchen like area. I fell once when going to my car because the with the dirt and tree stumps it was very uneven. The host was very gracious and helpful but the property really needs to be better.

Property is exactly as listed. Area is full of outdoor stuff to do. Paola is super nice and friendly and even lent us her kayaks ehich saved us like 200!

Nice small cozy home away from home. Paula was very nice and responded to all my concerns. I appreciated the little extra touches she did. Enjoyed my stay there.

Perfect location for us near local airport, close to Crystal River attractions and central to explore surrounding State parks. This listing is not located in a resort as listed. It is connected to private home through side entrance and noise does travel through the walls. Awkward and crowded furniture placement in rooms with no windows, but very clean with comfortable beds. Outdoor space is nice and private but well used and could use some attention. Paula is a friendly and kind hostess, very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here and fished the surrounding areas. Great outside patio area to visit and rig gear. Comfortable stay and friendly hosts.

The property description does not match the property. Not waterfront.

We booked on very short notice with no issue,the communication was excellent. Easy to find with no problem. Check in with very smooth.We arrived around 7.It was very peaceful no interruptions very satisfying for our need at last minute. Host was very sweet and delightful.We will definitely book again.

Extremely peaceful beautiful location close to everything ?

This host has multiple properties close to one another. The host is very quick to respond and make sure all of your needs are met. We love to come to the area and won’t stay anywhere else. Clean property. Fully stocked with all needs. Easy check in and out process.

Meylin was an awesome host and boat Captain as well showed us crystal river spring and also did some fishing. She was very communicative with the property and was doing a great job with the property hope we can stay again.

Unfortunately - was unable to stay at the site due to an unexpected family emergency. Had to return home due to possibility for electrical fire in my home. The host had been helping with booking issues and was very helpful in changing the reservation. Very helpful communication. Will be wanting to stay there on the next trip South.

I absolutely loved everything about this host and her property. She is one of the best hosts I have yet to deal with, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The property is perfect for a solo traveler as myself, and I will definitely stay with her every time I come up to see my parents. I had my two dogs along, and they also were very welcome and loved her great yard to explore during morning coffee. This is a perfect spot for a quiet vacation, or just to enjoy while your in the area snorkeling or kayaking ,) she’s a great host if your not familiar with the area with every recommendation you can think of, her knowledge of the area was impressive. (And I lived in homosassa 15 years, and she knew a tad more than me ,) .) five out of five stars and I’m not normally a person to review but she definitely earned a stellar review.

We loved the location and owner was a wonderful person. Place was just perfect for us. We’ll be making a reservation for future visit this year
