Stayed Sep 20, 2025Enough space for both of our families. Beautiful views and great deck to look out from to watch the stars and mountains. When we arrived it seemed like the floors were not well cleaned. Dirty and dusty.

Stayed May 14, 2025Beautiful scenery, had everything we needed. Within a 10 minute drive of town, with little restaurants nearby. The check-in process could be improved. 4pm is quite late and no early check-in options after 2 days of travel and camping was rough. Aside from that, everything was 5 stars!

Stayed Apr 2, 2025The house is so close to Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. We saw lots of wildlife in the yard. The house is comfortable and adequately stocked for the coming we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 days, and it was the perfect location for us to visit Rocky Mountain National Park daily. Everything was organized and clean. We are happy with the check-in reminders and check-out instructions. We are also delighted with the supplies at the house. Overall, it was one of the best stays we had using VRBO, and we recommend that anyone stay at this property!

Stayed Oct 1, 2024We had two nights in Estes with days to be spent in RMNP. This home was in a great location just off the HWY 36 entry to the park. Comfortable tri-level space with cozy living room with a walk out deck to an amazing view of Longs Peak. Master bedroom is only one we used (just 2 of us) and it had a comfortable bed and a great master suite. Home in very good shape with just a few items we are passing on to the owner and I’m sure they will address. Definitely would stay again.
