Stayed Jul 15, 2022Need to get the hot water issue fixed. Water switches from hot to cold unpredictably. On demand water heaters shouldn't do that once up to temp. We used to own one.

Stayed Jan 5, 2022Very clean and cozy property close to Grand Canyon and Williams town. We had a small issue with the heat in the house and called super host who called us back immediately. Highly recommend it.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022Booked this property last minute due to my other reservation being canceled. Jeff was very responsive to any questions I had. Check In was simple and as well as check out. The cabin is a bit smaller than I expected but was cozy. The cabin did have cookware to use to cook and plenty of towels. The tv was set up with Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus

Stayed May 22, 2022This cabin was perfect for 2. It had all necessities and was adorably designed. Clean, comfortable, peaceful and a location close to things to do including south rim grand canyon. Nice welcome book with helpful information. Very response owner.

Stayed Oct 3, 2023Beautiful, super nice and clean cabin that had everything we needed. Located close to Williams and about an hour from the Grand Canyon. The owner provided folding chairs that we used to take advantage of some pretty spectacular stargazing at a nearby park - it was AMAZING. Cell service wasn't great though.

Stayed Apr 9, 2023My family of four (2 adults and 2 kids ages 8 & 10) loved having Cabin 1 as our home base during our 5 day stay in AZ. We visited the Grand Canyon, Page, Flagstaff and Sedona during our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and the décor was not only aesthetically pleasing but also informative!! Jeff was very responsive when we needed a few more towels and supplies. I am so excited that they are building more cabins! This was such a great find! We found that Williams had just what we needed. A grocery store to stock up on snacks, family friendly restaurants, and shopping. I WISH we had time to check out Bearizona and the coaster! Next time!

Stayed Jan 26, 2023My husband and I enjoyed a few nights at this cute cabin where we easily traveled to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome and Williams main center. The cabin had everything as listed and was perfect. We had no problems with the hot water, as stated with other reviews. And we came during a snowy and cold time of year. Thank you for the memories!
