Incredible New 3 BR Modern Rustic Cabin near Deadwood and Local Clubhouse!

Overall beautiful property! It’s a little more crowded than it shows in the pictures, but not bad. The master bed was super comfortable, but anytime anyone moved it was very loud. I didn’t stay upstairs but our friends that did said it needed to be dusted but their bed was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and we were even able to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. Was very thankful to have a nice washer and dryer in the house. I would most likely stay here again in the future.

The only complaint we have is that the upper ledge needs a good cleaning as there was alot of dead flies. I know that is not an easy place to reach but needs a good cleaning.We also had two wasps and several flies daily in the house as they must be getting in from somewhere .We definitely would stay here again once these few issues are addressed..

This is a return visit to the Powder House Pass area but our first time at this rental. We would definitely stay again! The property was clean and as described. It was a very quick walk to the pool and the extra towels were perfect too use. We will stay again when we are back in the area.

The location of this house was great, close to the clubhouse and pool, and just a short drive to the town. The house was very clean, a nice size and layout for our group. Only disappointments were that the kitchen was sparsely equipped (there were only 4 bowls, no cutting board), and the on-demand hot water heater was unable to keep up if more than one shower was running at the same time. Otherwise it was a lovely home in a nice neighborhood, a great place for family to gather.

It is very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pictures are a little deceptive. I thought I was at the wrong house when we first arrived. I was expecting it to be out on its own. It is in a new neighborhood and the neighbors are VERY close. The hot tub has zero privacy. It is just a few miles on the outskirts of Lead and 12 miles to Deadwood. We found the location to be very easy to work with to get where we wanted to go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Iron Wheel. It is in the perfect location and fit our family perfectly.

Close to all sites we wanted to visit. Casino's, Mt Rushmore, Ironhorse, great food, wine & spirits as well local shops. We were able to attend a concert, wax museum, waterfall and a spa over the course of 5 nights and 4 days.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5.

This home was located in great neighborhood, quiet, walkable, and easy access to activities and adventures. However, at this price point you would hope the owners would consider the reviews left by previous renters. I usually don't leave bad reviews. I haven't had to. But in all honesty, I have to say it was rather disappointing to crawl into bed after traveling for 12+ hours only to have the bottom fitted sheet not be fitted. It was so old the elastic wasn't holding it onto the mattress. The bed in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY loud if you barely move in the bed. The bath towels felt like sandpaper. I have a hard time believing the owners would EVER treat their own guests like this. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Some of the pots should really just be thrown out they are so scratched up. There were dead mice out by the hot tub. It is clear they are not looking for repeat renters. Just overall disappointing.
