If the words location, location, location are important to you this house could not be situated in a better position. Convenient to everything in Long Beach including restaurants, bars, shopping, miniature golf, arcades, horsebackriding, go-carts, the museum, ice cream shops, antiquing, the bakery the movie theater, and more. It is all an easy walk from this house. No car is needed once you arrive, but if you want to drive on the beach (yes, that is allowed on the Peninsula) the downtown driving access point under the famous arch is just one block away.

Let this relaxing well-equipped beach home be the classic vacation retreat you need for your friends or family. Have summer cookouts on the picnic table in the yard or simply relax and enjoy the ocean air. Let the kids or dogs play in the completely fenced-in yard. Take an easy walk and explore all there is to see in Long Beach right out of our front door.

The whole group will sleep well with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a pillowtop queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a trundle bed (single top and pull out single below) in the third bedroom, plus a bonus full-size futon in the living room. You can have your friends and family share its ample space with plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining in the large open-air living, dining, and cooking area of the house.

Use our large dining room table to seat your entire party for a getaway from it all dinner. Curl up with a book and relax by the cozy electric stove on those cool winter nights. Be entertained by our high-definition tv with easy to use dish network. Play games, test your skills on a classic puzzle or simply relax and read a nice book from our large collection.

Historically known as a fishing and clamming area, the Long Beach Peninsula now also boasts whale watching, fishing charters (inland and ocean), hiking, boating & kayaking. Enjoy easy access to Cape Disappointment in the south end of the peninsula, Ledbetter Point on the north end, Willapa Bay, the Port of Illwaco and Fort Canby State Park in nearby historic Astoria right across the river.

Video doorbells at each door allow for worry-free check-in with a direct communication option with the owner should there be any check in issues.

This place was everything we could have asked for on our stay. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable and in the middle of everything. We were a little worried about noise and yes expect to hear some of that. But we deliberately booked a place that was literally in the middle of the town. We happened to go on the same weekend they had the Razor clam festival and there were so many people walking up and down the street. We loved that we could just literally walk across the street to go to the festival, dinner, treats and it was an easy walk to the boardwalk as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The house wasn't super clean when we arrived. The rubber lining in the washer was dirty and we did not feel comfortable washing any clothes in it. There was also an electrical socket in the living room that we did not want to use as it looked black.

Everything was great. I did have to dig under a few layers to realize that there is an extra charge for over 4 occupants. House was a bit rough (Hot water to the right? Smoke detector battery dead?) but met our expectations. Communication with owner was prompt. Location, location, location!

This is a wonderfully clean, well-equipped, eclectic old house. Mind the door jams - other than the 1st little whoops on those, my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two huge bonuses: access to the beach straight across the road. Veer left from the parking lot and you get to the beach away from the crowds at the main (road) access, via the dunes trail. Second huge bonus: despite the weather forecasts, Noel arranged beautiful weather for us. We hated to leave!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway with my husband and little dog. I chose this property because they allowed pets and the from the photos, the yard is well fenced. We were hoping to enjoy a lunch or dinner outside while my dog was able to relax in the yard. These photos need to be updated. They are not a true representation of the house. The fence looks nothing like this anymore. There were gaps in the planks. Gaps under the planks from eroding dirt. There were pieces of lumber and other materials blocking these holes. The convenience of letting my dog out was no longer an option. Can't help but the first thing you notice walking in the door is the smell. It smells old, damp, dank. Ended up purchasing a room freshener and batteries for TV remote. The kitchen is worn and full of mismatched supplies. That is what it is , but my biggest issue was the floor was incredibly dirty. It looked vacuumed, but wearing only socks in the house for only a few hours was a mistake. Ended up wearing my shoes in the house for the whole weekend. It was really dirty. There are also loose steps on the front entry and back entry. The faucet in the shower shows cold and hot water, but then it's written in sharpie marker, the opposite cold and hot.My husband said it felt like we were staying in a thrift shop. Linens were old everything was old, tired. Uncomfortable furniture. This house needs maintenance, not DIY patch work. Also if this is not possible, at least update the photos.

Seamless check in, very comfortable accommodation, great location, we liked having a separate house with a yard big enough for our group as opposed to the condos and tiny cabins that frequent the area.

Super cute LittleCottage right in town and close to the beach. Might want to put some lavender scent in there or something though just because it had a slightly odd smell. Probably a normal must smell as it is a historic building. We loved our stay and was the perfect little kitchen to cook in with everything you could possibly want.

Just the right amount of space for 4 people and a dog. Glad it had a washer and dryer. Liked that the front yard was fenced and we could let the dog out without it running off.Would rent this place agian.

The beds and couches were all uncomfortable. Kitchen was adequate - a 4th matching chair at the table would have been nice. The binder needs to be updated- many out of business places still in the binder. Size was okay - the whole place looks tired - and not just because it is a 1920's cabin.

second time renting your property. The location is great. The house is amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent it again in the future. Just a side note, a user friendly toilet in the bath with just a shower would be great for older knees. HAHA. Just kidding all was great

The cabin was comfortable enough and the location was ideal. The kitchen is small but well-appointed and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The beds were comfortable, and we slept really well on each of the six nights we stayed. There are a few really lovely original paintings in the cabin which was the best part of the decor for me. :) The property was clean but did have a detectable dog odor which makes sense since it is a pet friendly rental. The yard didn't appeal to us as there is no privacy or inviting space to hang out. It is a decent dog run though! Our only real inconvenience was the lack of any place to unpack and store clothes and other belongings for the week. I would recommend this cabin, particularly for short stays.

This house was great! Within walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Long Beach. Such easy access to the beach and downtown, we only had to walk a block or two to get to where we wanted to go in town. Also very comfortable with plenty room in the common area and comfy beds. A perfect getaway spot for families.

This cottage is located a block off the main drag in Longbeach. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the shops and restaurants. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, with the beach, shops, and restaurants an easy walk away, this is the place.
