Stayed Dec 24, 2024Microwave not working - unplugged when we arrived, plugged it in and it immediately started running, control panel not working to stop it or use it Place was dirty with thin layer of dust/dirt, found later that one of the west facing windows in the MBR was cracked opened upon our arrival, most likely the source of dirt from blowing wind through that window Fireplace use appreciated but on instructions regarding use. Flu was confusing as the flu lever does not lock in place when open so never fully open during use. Would be helpful to have instructions explaining this. Dishwasher desperately needed in this kitchen, we wasted so much precious Rocky Mountain water doing dishes by hand. Otherwise, we loved the place, would buy it if available and will be back next year!

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Convenient location right next to Beaver Meadow visitor center.. Quiet, but close to the main strip (Elkhorn Ave) of Estes Park. Only complaint is that the thermostat is not adjustable and the heat at night made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Cozy cabin. Great location to national park and the town. Property MGMT was excellent. Only negative is the bedding (pillows) could be upgraded. Pretty common for anywhere though.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This is such a wonderful property, secluded with a great view. I was in a crunch and they were able to assist in such a generous way and were so helpful! Would highly recommend this property or any other property under this management company. Very satisfied!

Stayed May 30, 2024We had the best stay. The location is perfect. Avoided all construction getting to the park. Just minutes from the gate. Pop over at 6 AM and virtually no waiting. If you want to beat the 5 AM reservation requirement to get into Bear Lake, you are right there. We did sunrise at Sprague Lake several times and didn't even need our reservations. Being so close was such a time saver. The place was clean. There were plenty of comfortable beds. Other reviews have talked about the water. It does have a smell, but it is the same smell that all of the water in this area has. It is the minerals in it. We didn't even notice it after a day or so. Let's talk about the night views. This area is a dark sky community. You have a million-dollar view of the Milky Way at night on the deck. Just stunning. During our stay, we were visited by deer and elk. Sitting on the deck for coffee, magpies would land on the railing to check you out. I really hope we can make it back to the park. If we do, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I used VRBO, not a website. So I guess the team was fine. Definitely annoyed that I had to check out at 1000 am & that the cleaning team was waiting outside/driving back before 1000 am as we were loading our truck. But otherwise, lovely. Stayed Sep 8, 2022My husband & I have always wanted to stay in this cabin. It's beautiful & cozy. Amazing views. Only complaint is the check out time is way too early. But we would LOVE to stay here again. Our family owns a VRBO property just down the road & we would pay to stay here instead, in the future, just because we didn't have time to enjoy it. We highly recommend this property if you want a chill, cozy cabin to enjoy the landscape & nature. Well done, owners & property managers.
