This little cabinet was amazing, from he views to all the cozy details inside the cabin. It was beautifully decorated and perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the location within 5 minutes of main st in Helen and basically up the mountain on a golf course. The host was on top of everything and responded immediately to every question. The cabin had everything we needed, we cooked every morning and night. We will defiantly come back and stay. The only thing I wish it had was a gas barbeque, even if it was small for some steaks or burgers. You wont be disappointed 10 out of 10 for us.

the cabin is so adorable!! worked perfect for two couples for the weekend. the neighborhood was quiet. it was so nice to cozy up by the fireplace and watch movies and the deck is amazing for watching nature. maureen was super communicative and easy to work with. check in/check out was super easy and clear.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was decorated for Christmas and upon our arrival, as we entered the cabin the Christmas tree lights were on which made us feel like we were walking into our own home. Best stocked place of any that I’ve stayed, they didn’t forget anything! It’s a 10/10 for me. My only disappointment was that I didn’t get to see a bear!

The Hidden Gem Cabin was great! Very nice house & perfect for our Oktoberfest visit. The road going to the cabin is quite a challenge to drive, beautiful but steep in a couple of places.

The cabin was in an ideal spot, surrounded by mountainous terrain and beautiful forest, but close to neighbors so you don’t feel isolated . The cabin was so well appointed with a bear decor. Very clean and great place to stay

My parents and I wanted to revisit some of our old camping locations while I was growing up for my 36th birthday, without the camping this time! This cabin was perfectly located in Helen nearby all of our favorite places! It was such a perfect, clean, and cozy cabin in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The best part was that we were able to bring our fur babies Abbie and Esperanza! We did a little hiking and picnicked at Ruby Falls, Vogel State Park, and Dukes Creek Falls, and spent a whole day sight seeing and shopping around downtown Helen. We ate at Muller’s Cafe for their authentic German cuisine and to try the famous fried cheese! Their outside patio was pet friendly, which made dining out very easy with the pups. Overall excellent experience from booking to checkin and check out! And wonderful memories were made for our first family vacation together in many, many years! We hope to visit again soon! -Ceciley

We had an amazing stay at our cabin in Helen, Georgia! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of the mountains and woods. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had all the comforts of home — plus a few extras like the hot tub, fireplace, and fire pit that made our evenings extra relaxing.It was the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience — just a short drive from downtown Helen, where we enjoyed tubing on the river, exploring the Bavarian-style shops, and trying out some great local food. Coming back to the quiet cabin after a day of adventure was the highlight.The hosts were communicative, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain escape in North Georgia!

Hidden Gem is just that! We had a restful time tucked in the woods listening to birds and restoring our bodies and souls. The place is so beautifully decorated and clean; makes it easy to relax. Day trips to Anna Ruby Falls and into Helen and Sautee made afternoon outings a joy. Would return in a heartbeat. Maureen and Bill are excellent hosts and easy to reach with any questions.

We just returned from a 3-night stay at the Hidden Gem Cabin in the Innsbruck golf community of Helen, GA, and it truly lived up to its name. Tucked away in a peaceful, wooded setting but still close to downtown Helen, the cabin offered the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience.The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. One of the biggest highlights for us was that they welcomed our cat! It’s hard to find pet-friendly places that allow cats, and we really appreciated that this cabin made it easy for the whole family to come along.Being inside the Innsbruck golf community also added a unique touch—well-kept grounds, a sense of security, and of course, quick access to a great course.Highly recommend for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway (with or without a furry friend). We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is so cute, and the fireplace is a nice addition and really provides a lot of warmth quickly. We also loved the little deck overlooking a hole on the golf course, and the little coffee bar area. The only thing I would say is that I don’t think the cabin is ideal for little kids. There’s a big flight of wood stairs to the upstairs bedroom, which doesn’t have a door. That made us a little nervous with our 3 year old. But everything was fine, and it ended up being a near-perfect stay. It was a fun long weekend!

Before I even talk about how delightful our stay at the Hidden Gem Cabin was, I have to say that our hosts were the best I have ever had at any rental! Their communication and responsiveness were exceptional, and you can tell so much thought has gone into maximizing every inch of space and into making you feel you have a home away from home. We loved the security of being in a gated community, and the cabin couldn't be cuter! We walked into an immaculately clean and fresh-smelling cabin, and found that our hosts had thought of everything we might need. We enjoyed the nice bed linens and towels and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen was well stocked (never stayed at a rental that had an entire spice rack available!) and we appreciated having the option of both single-brew coffee and a drip coffee pot. It's like staying in a tree house, looking out from the windows to the woods; very quiet and peaceful. A great place for a relaxing stay. Appreciated that our host (Maureen) had provided detailed written instructions with pictures to help us find our way (our GPS got confused/frozen several times so we were thankful to have the written guidance as well). So thankful this cabin was Pet Friendly -- our first time ever to take our fur baby with us as most rentals make it cost prohibitive. Can't say enough good things about this (aptly named) Hidden Gem!

Property was very clean. I enjoyed the drive up the mountain, very steep in some places. We could not get the fireplace going, texted and got an answer to flip switch but that did not do the trick.We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and actually had a great time.,

This is a truly Hidden Gem! Everything about the cabin was exceptional…cleanness the communication with the property owners. Once we got there, we felt at home. The experience has been phenomenal with everything about the town and cabin.

This mountain cabin is so cute and is truly a hidden gem! The home is beautifully decorated with mountain and fall decor. It smelled so lovely, that I even want this smell in our home. This was our first getaway in 10 years, and we loved being able to relax here when we weren't exploring Helen. I would definitely recommend this for a couples getaway. We wish we could've stayed longer, but if we do get to come back by ourselves, we would love to book our stay here again.
