Stayed Jun 13, 2025The very was fantastic a lot deer passing right pass the front and back of the house very quiet. Close to US 412 only a mile or so from the Norfolk bridge. It was very clean air condition worked great kitchen was nice

Stayed May 24, 2026The view off the back deck was beautiful. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, bathrooms very small. If you have large vehicles the parking is hard. We thought that there would be more to do in the area so got a bit bored. Had a good time with family but you can only play so many games. Had a lot of rainy weather so we were not able to hike or play at the lake. My biggest concern was the house smelled musty when we arrived. Rooms are much darker than pictured. Game room was dirty, window sills were full of dust and dead bugs. Blinds haven’t been cleaned in a while. Table on the deck not washed. So would I rent this place again? No.

The house was extremely clean and decorated and had everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. Stayed May 24, 2024This property is just as amazing as it was 30 years ago when I stayed with the previous owners. The upgrades to the inside and deck are tastefully done. This house has a “homey” feeling and the views are amazing.
