House was nice and met the needs for my group, we had plenty of room and the deck area was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and arcade. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The listing was mostly accurate however the ping pong table was broken, the fireplace on the deck stopped working after first night and there were roaches in the downstairs bathroom. The common aea by the water was not at all like it was pictured or described. It was basically a 10 ft wide fenced in walkway to the platform sandwich between private property with nowhere to park a car making it unusable. Outside of the things mentioned, we would likely stay again, assuming the roaches are taken care of, which they indicated would be after I shared the information and they were responsive to my message

Cabin is lovely & pretty clean. The porches with fireplaces, hot tub, & seating are fantastic. There are several different gsnong tables in & out and a great area for the teens to hang out. The downside, that I see often, is that despite the walk-in showers or main level looking easy, this cabin is not for those of us with even slight mobility & balance impairments. (Thats like most). I'm hopeful the owners will add handrails so we can return.

Beautiful home. Great responsive staff. We had a stray dog come to the house and the house staff was amazing in helping us find its owners. It truly made our weekend. They were amazing. My family had a blast. Would 100% recommend!

House was beautiful and just as pictured. We loved all the outdoor space and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids loved downstairs, while we were able to escape upstairs. The location was great and easily accessible, however not much of a view. Upon arriving, I was impressed with how clean it was but a deep clean especially dusting would take it up a notch. The electric fireplaces made feeling cozy so convenient and easy. The master bathroom was a beautiful luxury. Better instructions on the jacuzzi would be helpful. We had to google the brand and figure out ourselves how to work the settings, but got it hot so not a big deal in the long run. Overall we had a great time.

Very beautiful home, excellent amenities (game room) & located in a fantastic area/town…just a few small things. There is no door to exit the back screened-in porch. Kinda safety hazard and it would have been a convenient feature when sitting out back. The back yard although scenic and beautiful view could have been maintained a little better to make walking around in the back yard feasible. The glassware was lacking. We had to buy our own which we left at the cabin for future renters. Had a few issues at the cabin while we were there, but the property management team was prompt with their response and fixed the issues right up with little to no inconvenience to us. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay & loved the cabin.

We loved the view and porches. The house felt very private despite all the glass. Some of the beds were less than ideal and some maintenance needed on the hot tub and games. Creek was amazing but there is no easy nor clear path to get to it. Overall a good experience but could be better with some minor upgrades

We had a wonderful weekend at Grizzly Cabin! The house was beautiful, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from plenty of toilet paper and cleaning supplies to detergent and a great assortment of dishes and cooking tools. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table and board games, which kept them entertained the whole time (huge bonus for us!). The cabin is conveniently located just about 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, where we spent time at the park and exploring downtown. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Cabin was wonderful, only downside was the hot tub was not able to be cleaned and filled due to frozen water spigot. I wasn’t notified until the day before, which was disappointing and the only reason I rented this cabin.

We had a fantastic time! The property was clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a little difficult to find (our map routed us to the second entrance to the road the house was on and we arrived after dark so it was a little hard to find), so just keep a sharp eye out when arriving.

The grizzly cabin is tucked away in the solitude and beauty of the blue ridge mountains. Just minutes away from the quaint lil towns of McCaysville and Blue Ridge. The home gets 5 stars on it all!

The home was easy to get to in the day light hours. The roads were in good condition. We fit three cars ( 2 Toyota RAV4, 1 Honda pilot) in the parking. We are all our meals at the house and fixed Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is well stocked except maybe a few more forks and spoons. The beds were comfortable and the games were fun. The house would be good to have one more trash can if large families Come to stay for more then five days. We had a wonderful time and we would like to come back one day.

The house was amazing. Bathrooms were large and clean. Lots of things to do with the family. Pool table, Hot tub, video games, fire pit.. great location, close to downtown shopping. And about 25 minutes from Blue Ridge downtown area. The only thing about the description that needs to be corrected is that the property doesn’t have access to a shared dock. We spent days looking for it dut it was nowhere to be found.

My sisters and mom and I all go away each year on a trip and this year we picked the Grizzly Cabin. It was absolutely wonderful! My mother has mobility issues but she was able to get around on the main level easily. There are about 5 or 6 steps you have to climb to get into the house but once she was in, she was good. The view when you first walk into the house is absolutely gorgeous!! Luckily the weather was perfect and mild the whole time we were there because we kept the very large sliding glass doors open all day because it was too beautiful not to!! We sat at the table on the porch mostly because the weather was so beautiful but also because that's the only table to dine at. I do wish there was a table with chairs indoors as well. We wanted to play cards at night but didn't want to turn the lights on outside to attract the bugs. It would have been nice to have a table we could sit at inside as well. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked along with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. They have little Dove soaps and shampoo/conditioner for you to use and plenty of toilet paper. We brought an extra paper towel roll and used it. We also brought more dishwasher pods and are glad we did because they only provided one. There were a few packages of laundry detergent too so that was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was nice and relaxing. Just don't forget to turn it on to heat it up right when you arrive. Parking is tight but doable. We had 3 cars and just barely fit. The cabin is very close to Mercier Orchards and that was a very lovely stop. And it's only about 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We didn't venture out too much because of our mom's mobility issues but we really didn't need to. The cabin was so wonderful that we had plenty to do there. I do wish there was some sort of hammock or something to lay in on the porch outside because it's so nice out there! Overall we had a really great experience here and would definitely stay there again!!

The house and view are beautiful. We were only there 2 nights so we didn’t really use the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were good size and beds were comfortable. The large decks were set up with plenty of seating. The house was clean and plenty of towels - blankets. I can see the driveway being an issue with more than two SUVs. We did have trouble finding the street. GPS wasn’t great in the area just be sure to look for blue street signs with house numbers to turn on correct road.
