Location is prime walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds. The surprise air hockey table was a wonderful bonus. Kids enjoyed endless hours of air hockey tournaments. Patio and decks were a little dirty but it was windy and expected, owner quickly responded and had someone clean it up. No trash bags, dish sponge or broom in unit made it a little difficult to keep clean.

We loved our stay for my 8 person family. Great location. Beautiful layout. Can easily walk down town on route 66. Only a hour from Grand canyon. Our only challenge was there was only 1 TV for the whole house in the down stairs living room.

Our stay was amazing. It was a beautiful property. Very big and comfortable. It accommodated our party of 8 perfectly. The location was excellent. We were able to visit Seligman, Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Mountain Coasters, Meteor Crater, Two Arrows, Winslow & Walnut Canyon National Monument and still be back early enough each evening to enjoy a nice dinner and relax time before going to bed.

The place was beautiful. But that’s where it ends. No heating, except for a TON of space heaters. I was afraid to sleep for fear of the place burning down. And they didn’t hear the space very well. We spent the whole weekend in our coats and gloves. They leave instruction on how to reset the electric panel because the heaters blow so many breakers. No WiFi. They sent a guy out but he was clueless. I had to tell him how to reattach the bathroom door handle that kept falling off. This place is in the middle of a parking lot folks. Not the worst placement, but not exactly the getaway I was looking for. I should have done more research. Not worth half the money and too many instructions to follow upon discharge.

We booked this place because of its stellar reviews and were a bit disappointed after leaving. I messaged the host twice - once regarding a power issue (which we found out was locally in the city and not just the house) and another about the wifi that didn’t work at all. I never received an acknowledgment that they read the message. I do understand that we stayed in between two major holidays, but a reply regarding issues at a property that guests were actively staying at would have been appropriate and very much appreciated. We were given one towel short of the amount of guests we had (all guests were declared when booking) and only one towel for a 5 day stay, no extra linens or a washer and dryer to clean them. There also were no extra trash bags or paper towels and only a few extra rolls of toilet paper for the whole house. None of which would have bothered us if we had been given an adequate heads up beforehand so we could have stopped at the store before arriving at the house. The downstairs bedroom/bathroom/outdoor area was not the cleanest - empty water bottle and maybe a wrapping paper roll? left on the dresser, clothing tag found next to the trash can, trash left outdoors from previous guests and splattered juice (something sticky) on the porch area. We aren’t picky people. We come from a farm town and loved the cabin feel of the place, but this is in a parking lot and has no excuse to be dirty. It was walking distance to everything downtown though which was nice!

We had a great stay for the weekend while we went on the polar express train in Williams. This rental is a quick easy walk to the railway, which is extra nice if you’re enjoying some adult beverages for the evening. The rental has everything you need.Be warned, if you go in the winter, you will be 100% sure that the heaters are not going to heat the place up…don’t worry, you’re completely wrong! You’ll be turning heaters off and down before long. We were very skeptical when we got there with kids in tow at 10pm, but the place warmed up pretty quick and stayed nice and toasty the whole weekend. It’s also super fun having the restaurant/bar place right there in the parking lot. Great rental! We hope to come back!

It had everything that we needed with more than adequate supplies. We never had to use the kitchen.Only confusion was we were to place sheets in baskets in upstairs closets. There were no baskets. We used the baskets in the downstairs bedroom.

Wonderful location and property. Only negative was we were supposed to Checkin at 430 after a long day of travel but when got to property it had not been cleaned. Delayed our Checkin till after 10pm. When only staying 2 days it was a disappointment.

The cabin was extremely clean, updated, had comfy couches, and lots of room for family to be together yet also have their own space. The location was great. Easy walk to Route 66 as well as steps away from the Grand Canyon Brewery and Distillery. We would definitely recommend this place. 5 stars.

The stay was easy and amazing. The only minor thing was I never got a response when asking about early check in and the maintenance guy couldn’t find the keys we left behind for some reason once placed in the lock box. But overall it was an amazing time

We enjoyed our stay in this large cabin. It's nice because it's near everything you want to do and the restaurant on the property is a fun place to eat. This is a great getaway if you have multiple people, plenty of room for everyone!

Hello, my husband and I went up with our 3 teens. We stayed 2 nights and did the Grand Canyon railway as well as the Canyon Coaster park. This location is perfect distance to both and right down the road from Safeway. We enjoyed our stay!

When arrived there were tumble weeds blocking the entire pourch to get the keys. Once getting inside the house was beyond freezing. We then found that there is absolutely no heating at all only space heaters which are very dangerous not just while you sleep but for kids. It took over 20th a for the house to finally be manageable temp. Then when we woke to shower the pipes had drove cause in g us to wait till later to shower until they unfroze. So the stay was far from great but inside was clean and the closeness was good.
