It is situated on nearly 300 peaceful acres along the Meramec River and has river frontage for you to enjoy. We have easy river access and a small gravel bar. Stayed Apr 28, 2022A redone old cabin with all the amenities you would want. Very secluded and quiet. No neighbors in site :), other than the cows in the pasture across the fence which were fun to watch as they wandered from meadow to meadow. Short walk or quick ride through fields to the river.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026The cabin was perfect for an annual father / son and his dog weekend. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the uniqueness of the old cabin. Its and easy walk to the river and a quick trip to Steelville if you need something.Hosts were great and communication was excellent.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026it was 20 degrees outside when I got to cabin. owner forgot to adjust thermostat so it was 45 inside cabin. got to 50 in cabin by 10pm, and didnt get into 60s in cabin til next day. Also had to kill 24 wasps inside cabin. owners did respind with extra wasp spray and traps. overall a really nice place with good room for dog to run and had river access which was realky high. bad timing weatherwise. if improve wasp problem would possibly return

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We didn’t get to stay long but we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It rained but there was so much to do in the cabin it was great! The river access is so nice. Just a half mile from the cabin in the truck. You take all you need and have it all with you! The inside was so nice and rustic. Had a great big tub/shower and comfy bed!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We stayed here over the holiday weekend of 4th of July 2024. Had such a wonderful time enjoying the property. LOVED the river and hope to be back there again this year!
