We normally stay in the Hill City area but we had family staying in this same development. We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for our family. When we arrived, it was very warm. House was cooled and spotless clean. The weather changed quickly and we woke up to snow one morning. The fireplace hadn't been on for the season so we contacted the management company. They came over on a Saturday and got the fireplace working. My daughter had to deal with a work emergency and needed to fly out on the day of our departure. I contacted the management and they accommodated a late check out for her. It was a great home and was reasonably priced. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Beautiful house and perfect location for our family. The house was clean with plenty of towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again if we visit South Dakota again!

I absolutely hate spiders so it was hard to relax because I was constantly looking around making my husband kill them. The shower pressure was terrible. Most of the comforters had stains on them I would suggest to wash the comforters after someone stays not just the sheets and pillow cases. I would absolutely stay again my family had a fantastic time. As the owner I would at least take what I said into consideration and spray for spiders, wash the comforters and fix the water pressure.

Absolutely loved this place. It worked great for our group. It was all so nice- high quality and comfortable furniture and I loved the layout and decor. Would definitely stay here again! And I appreciated that the fridge wasn’t full of past renters food!!

We loved our stay! We stayed Sunday through Friday in February… in the middle of the polar vortex and this place was wonderful! We took full advantage of the hot tub, fire place, games, coffee pot, and the comfy cozy setting. We stayed here with our adult kids and spouses and had the most memorable time. The beds were super comfortable and the open layout of the main floor with the sunlight pouring in the windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our time and hope to come back again!

The house was just as pictured. Clean, spacious and beautiful views.

House was super other than virtually no water pressure in basement shower and main floor shower. Upstairs was better so we all started using that.

We plan a trip to the Lead area every year to get away from home in Minnesota on the anniversary date of my husbands passing. This was a great place to stay at!! Very clean and worked perfect for our family of 15 that came! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

The house was exactly what was listed.. it held us all perfectly.. I would definitely rent from that area again.. the driveway paved, garage was large enough for all the motorcycle…
