Stayed May 23, 2026The property we reserved was double‑booked, and we were offered a downgraded cabin with a partial reimbursement. We agreed, but the cabin we were moved to was in unacceptable condition, with thick dust, pet hair throughout, and a strong animal smell. Family members with allergies reacted within minutes. We messaged the owners to let them know we were leaving, but they made no effort to follow up or assist. We had to leave and secure another rental ourselves in a town along our route.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Such a cute place! The kiddos loved it. Clear skies were out and the stars were gorgeous! I’m a sucker for the stars. Kids enjoyed seeing the reindeer in the morning when we were leaving.
