Mountainview Boathouse Apartment.

Barbara was a wonderful host! The place was lovely, clean, and cozy! I unfortunately was delayed due to weather and Barbara kindly refunded me for the days I couldn't make it. It was a really nice thing for her to do because as not obligated to do that. I can't recommend this place enough!

The property was very clean and cozy with a VERY friendly and accommodating host. The only recommendation would be adding a smart TV. Other than that, an amazing property at a great price

Very good. Tons of dvds to choose from. That was our second stay and we'll pick it again if available.

A great property and a great hostess. Close to Mt McKinley (Denali) National Park and its associated retail tourist strip center; and the Totem Inn restaurant in Healy is a relatively inexpensive sandwich, pasta, and pizza spot. We highly recommend this property.

All was clean and beautiful!

Beautiful landscape with a nice walking trail. Didn't get to see the mountains because of all the fires in Alaska but we enjoyed listening to the thunder role while having coffee in screened porch.

It was clean and conveniently located. The washer and dryer was a huge plus to get our laundry all washed midway through our trip. Thanks!

Place was everything we expected. We got into area later than expected so didnt get to really explore much that was offered at this property but alot of thought went into it. My only recommendation would be putting in a sill plate for bottom of the porch screen door. Currently the mosquitoes are able to come in from under door so enjoying porch wasnt possible. This Place still deserves the top rating. Would highly recommend and if in area again would stay again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect place to do a quick pit stop and catch a few z's on our tour across Alaska on a motorcycle. Bed was great only wish it had room darking curtains. Thanks susan

came to spend some time with my son stationed in nearby Fort Greely. Had a great time and saw lots of wildlife. Great private place to stay but convenient!

Good place

I was here for work. The cabin has incredible views and my cell reception was fair. Not good enough to use for my laptop though. The no wifi is the only downside. Though I can't imagine many people coming to the area for work.It is a cozy cabin with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. The views when everything is snow covered are incredible.

The location was excellent for us. We wanted a small town away from Fairbanks. The mountains were easily accessed, and Delta Junction had everything we needed.The apartment was just the right size for us and very comfortable and well appointed. We will come back here again.

Exactly what I needed and as advertised

The Boathouse apartment was exactly what I was looking for. My stay was very pleasant!

Everything was very nice and in order. There was extra things that would have been very handy with a long stay. Very light the place had everything we need and was a comfortable place to stay.

Lovely place with all utilities provided, Kitchen needs are perfect, place is warm, clean, and very very comfortable. Owners are delightful professionals. I booked it again for next year. AR
