Stayed May 29, 2025The property was very nice on the inside. Very well set up. Very cutely decorated. Everything we needed. The train was really nice that came by. The grandkids really enjoyed the video games. They now think they need video games in every VRBO! Oops. Had one issue and the owner answered right up. We would definitively stay here again!

Stayed Apr 3, 2026We had to wait 10mins, calling the property manager to get access into the house. Lucky there was cell network and the manager was quick to send us the instructions, which should’ve been emailed a week ago. The house was tidy but bot the cleanest we have seen. The floors and sheets were dusty, the bathrooms looked makeshift and both the showers sprayed everywhere but inside the bathroom. The outdoors could’ve had more things but most of it was in unusable state. The kitchen had everything youd need so was the overall experience but it could’ve been much better. The best part of living here was the proximity to both Williams and South rim but also the train that you get to see twice daily.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025My family and I stayed here to take the train up to the Grand Canyon from the Williams Depot. Even though this location is about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area/depot, I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area. My kids loved the arcade games and my wife and I appreciated the attention to detail and how well the place was updated. The location was remote and quiet and right along the tracks for the train. Very kid friendly.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Our famliles had a wonderful time staying at this property. Location was great for getting to the Grand Canyon and to downtown Williams. It was clean and perfectly stocked with everything needed. It was such a nice touch to theme the rental around the nearby historic railway. Loved waking up to the views of the mountains and the quiet rural surroundings. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
