Deer Cozy Cabin by the Big Thompson River, Near R.M.N.Park.

Perfect cabin for our family of four. Quiet, very nice inside, close to park entrance and town.

It was a lovely stay and beautiful all around. The cabin was equipped with all essentials and very clean. We will be back in summer time to do some fishing!

Best cabin ever

Parking was ok, clean rooms and easy check in, but the online description was not accurate, the cabin was not next to to river, it was close, but not as shown in the pictures But overall a good place to stay

Everything we needed

Everything was perfect. It was easy to book. The cabin is gorgeous. The host has done a great job on the interior. Very welcoming and cozy. A nice layout and comfortable furniture. I definitely recommend this cabin if you are looking for a stay in Estes Park.

The cabin was clean and neat. Heaters and shower worked fine. Reliable hot water. We didn’t use the fireplace. Parking was directly in front of the cabin. The stacked washer/dryer was a nice touch, since we got to do laundry before heading home. The full-size fridge was appreciated also, and allowed us to keep food to pack for our hikes each day. The host was easily accessible and answered any questions we had. Overall, it was an excellent cabin in a good spot to see Estes Park and RMNP.

The cabin was very clean, kitchen and bathroom have been recently upgraded. Very quiet and comfortable unit (including the beds). The close location to Rocky Mountain National Park made our days there so much easier. Alex gave accurate and detailed instructions for our stay.

Very and clean and well located

We have stayed here many times and it is absolutely wonderful. The cabin feels like our home away from home. The host has thought of everything you need while you stay in this lovely cabin. We look forward to staying again next fall.

Rocky Mountain National Park was beautiful. The cabin was in a great location, near the National Park entrance.

Cute place with just enough room for our family of 4. Porch was great but we definitely needed hats with the direct afternoon sun. Elk hung out for two days while we were there! Meant we couldn’t go to the river, but everyone enjoyed watching the elk.

This property is amazing. Great location- easy to get downtown or to the RMNP. We have stayed here two years in a row and intend to keep going back!

We enjoyed the camp itself. Quiet stay. But not able to see the river below you have to walk out into the drive. The porch that shows on VRBO listing was in the sun most of day plus just looks at the neighbors place not down at the river. Another camp was literally right outside the bedroom window. If you don't mind those few faults you will love the stay.

Great location on the main road leading into Rocky Mountain National Park. About 1.5 - 2 miles from downtown Estes Park. Kitchen was adequately equipped, but wish there was a blender for making breakfast smoothies. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Worked well for our family trip.

The BEST location for RMNP access! Appreciated having the ability to cook some meals and do laundry. This rental checked the boxes. Great communication by Alex. No issues werw had. Definitely recommend.

We didn’t spend much time at the cabin other than to sleep, but this is our second time staying here. It’s such a cute cabin and so close to RMNP and downtown Estes. The ONLY thing I can think of that’s a negative is the signage to get into the area… it is very easy to miss and not well marked from the road. I drove past it more than I’d like to admit. But I would 10/10 recommend staying here!

This property was perfect for myself and my three kids (13, 10, and 7). As others have indicated, the other cabins are very close in proximity but it was quiet and tucked away during our stay. We saw no other people and only one other car for the duration. The Coffee on the Rocks shop is a five minute walk and the entrance to RMNP is so close. Also super close proximity to downtown as well as restaurants. You have to deal with little traffic. The river is close, though not within view of the cabin deck directly. We saw a lot of deer, moose, and rabbits right outside. The interior was perfect for us. It was very clean and stocked with all that you might need. If you intend to use the washer and dryer, make sure and pack the supplies you might need for that. Beds were comfortable and all three of my kids were happy on the bunk beds. Alex, the host, is very responsive and kind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be back!

This cabin was perfect for our family. It was very clean, neat, and cozy. Everything was provided for our needs. And indeed, a deer came right up to our cabin, and later there were 4across the road. The kitchen was well stocked, great appliances, and recently remodeled. Being close to the entrance to RMNP was an advantage also.

The cabin was cute, cozy, and clean, and close to everything. The cabin isn't large, but it's a good option for a small family who wants more space than a standard hotel room. There is a pretty river with benches just a short walk away. From the porch, we watched several elk walking through the neighborhood almost every evening. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend this cozy cabin for couples or small families.

First time visit Estes and the location was perfect. Close to downtown and RMNP. Cabin was clean and perfect for what we wanted. Would stay again!

Quiet, cozy and peaceful…..just what we needed!

Good size cabin for our family of 5. We enjoyed seeing the elk outside the cabin nearly every day. The cabin was super close to the park and that’s where we spent the majority of our time. We appreciated the ability to do laundry and cook meals at our home base.Our boys loved climbing and playing on the rocks that were on the side of the cabin.

The cabin is cozy and quiet! Ww absolutely loved it. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the refrigerator. There were times where it sounded an awful lot like a generator. Everything else was wonderful.

Mom and sons (both adults) trip. This cabin was in a really convenient location, a really short drive to RMNP entrance and close to downtown too. It was recently remodeled; very nice and clean. We hope to be back soon.

Stayed a weekend here to go snowshoeing in the park. It was the perfect place for us and very convenient. Would stay here again.

Such a nice place to stay in a great part of town. Our little family filled this place up, but it was just what we needed. We were lacking nothing because this place had it all. I was able to meet the host as well, and he was very friendly. We'll be back!

We stayed at this property for 2 days, and it was so worth it! We wish we would have been able to stay longer. When you first arrive, you notice the quaint neighborhood. It's super close to downtown EP (like 4-6 min drive to the main shops and restaurants) and a short drive to RMNP. We loved being able to use the fireplace because it was COLD (20s and 30s with wind chills in the teens) and that made the living area way more comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable, and we loved the fluff in the pillows. The kitchen is STOCKED with anything you need (aside from your food, of course) and there were a ton of DVDs to pick from to snuggle up on the couch and watch. There is a snow shovel and brush on the porch, which is great if there's snow in the forecast! We loved being able to walk the 100-ish feet to the river to sit and relax. We saw a herd of deer one morning, and they were so fun to watch! The views from the porch itself were marvelous. All-in-all, we'd absolutely stay here again when we visit! Alex was VERY communicative and actually was able to get us checked in a little earlier than planned which was very kind of him!!

This was a nice little cabin located in a small cabin / condo complex just outside the entrance to RMNP and very close to downtown Estes Park. We stayed here for the convenience of the location and it did not disappoint. Alex, the host, was very much available via text and ensured everything was taken care of. We had a great stay and would recommend this property for its coziness and convenience!

Stayed in Estes park cabin, great time

Nice little cabin. Everything worked and was comfortable. Cabins are very close to each other but was quite. Not much of a view compared to our other vrbos we have stayed at before.

We had a great stay. Cabin was great. Due to burn order/fire hazards we weren't able to have a grill, so that was a little disappointing but understandable. .

This property’s location is perfect- close to the river, downtown and RMNP! It was cozy and provided a perfect base for our mountain vacation! P.s. An added bonus was a family of elk visiting right in the backyard

This place was perfect for a long weekend with a couple of friends. There’s plenty of space in the cabin. Everything was clean. We had easy access to town and the instructions for checking out were very clear. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very beautiful cabin tucked away in lovely area near the river. Lots of wildlife. We were lucky to view a family of elk every morning. So many things to see and do from shopping to dining to exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. We had an incredible experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Deer Cozy Cabin. It had everything we needed and the proximity to town and the park entrance is hard to beat. Several restaurants in walking distance. There were deer, chipmunks, and bunnies right outside the cabin.
