We had a lovely time staying in the Daisy pod for a few days. Very well designed to maximise space and having the closed off garden was excellent for our dog. The hot tub is slightly exposed to the other gardens but once the bushes have grown a bit , I think it would be more hidden. The only draw-back is the humming noises from the heating/hot tub at night, they can be quite loud at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back.

Our 2nd time at this location and another perfect stay. Gorgeous touch with christmas decorations and a bottle of prosecco for NYE. The location is becoming a firm favourite and no doubt we will be back for a 3rd time! Would highly recommend

I stayed previously with my sister, two children and two dogs. This time I came back with my partner for a more relaxing stay! Both times my stay has been amazing. It has everything you need to cook with. It's lovely and cosy of an evening. The only thing I struggled with both times is finding the correct turn into the site! Will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic stay. We arrived to a fabulous big pod, we were very surprised how beautiful and big it was. I was beautifully clean from the oven to the cups and plates. There was milk, teabags and some fresh Mince pie's which was a lovely touch. We did have a issue with the heating, but we contacted the owners and they were there straight away to sort it out for us, we didn't have any more issues. The bed was so comfy and warm. We used the hot tub which was just amazing! A real treat. Our dog was able to enjoy the outdoors to with out us worrying about him getting out as it has a fence right around our pod. The local town is about 5-10min drive away which has local shops, pubs and takeaways. We tried the local fish and chip shop which was fantastic and would recommend. We enjoyed our stay so much we have rebooked to come again in the spring. We would highly recommend and if you want some time away just to recharge we would definitely recommend here..

It was our first stay at the Daisy pod and we absolutely loved it here. The pods are in a beautiful location and there is something for everyone. There are so many beautiful walks near by which our dogs loved, there’s a park a stone through away for children and the hot tub was fantastic. The pods are so well equipped and clean, we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Had a lovey couple of days break, the pod is beautiful and enjoyed the hot tub. Stunning location, great it is dog friendly and the garden area was enclosed so my dog could wonder freely. However I missed the site entrance from the main road but a quick call to the owner soon sorted locating the site, much appreciated for them being on hand for directions. Explored the local area recommend the Elan valley and the red kite feeding station- gigrin. Would recommend a stay here and love to return one day.

We stayed at Daisy for 2 nights, was a wonderful staycation for our family. Great location, only a short drive into town, the property was very clean when we arrived. Managed to get some time in the hot tub and see the northern lights! Would definitely go back

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend! The pod has our key box so no need to check in, you’re given the code before you arrive via email. We didn’t really speak to anyone at the site! The garden was fully secure all round so the ease of our dog being able to be let out in the garden without a worry of him running off was so reassuring. The hot tub was perfect, hot, clean and they checked on it every day. There was a fire pit provided and logs/kindlings/lighters were able to be purchased for £10 from the honesty shop. The pod was big and included a TV, dining table, two small sofas and a fully fitted kitchen with pretty much everything you needed! The only thing we found wasn’t there that would have been useful was foil and salt & pepper. The bed was fairly comfortable- a bit difficult to get in and out of the slanted roof side of the bed. There was a full length mirror, dressing table and stool, shelves and under bed storage in both rooms. The bathroom was clean and the shower was really good quality. Only thing we would say is the toilet seat dips in towards the toilet bowl so was quite uncomfortable! We couldn’t really figure out the heating but it was pretty warm during our stay and if we got chilly there was an electric radiator in the living room. During our stay we visited a few places: We visited the Hafren Forset which was beautiful and a really nice walk with access to the streams and amazing views- our pup loved it! We also went to the Elan Valley Dams- not really our thing but the views were pretty amazing. A very long walk though so I would say drive between dams if you’re not much of a hiker! On our last full day we visited Gilfach Nature Reserve which again had amazing views, fields for our pup to run off in (no cattle were grazing when we visited). We saw the waterfall and walked in the stream with our pup. Food: We cooked a cottage pie on our first night which we were so glad the kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes/utensils we needed. We had a takeaway from Evan’s Plaice which was really nice! We also had a takeaway Indian from “Spice hut” but that wasn’t very good at all unfortunately. There was a table/bench in the garden which was lovely to have our meals on but not great to sit round the fire so I would advise to take a camping chair if that’s something you wanted to do. All in all we had a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Daisy pod. We’ve told all our friends and family about it. Beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed. Our only recommendation would be to have a king bed rather than a double. Size wise it maybe too tight but that’s was our only thought. The bedding was so soft which was lovely! Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay at ‘daisy’ The location was perfect, so peaceful and plenty to do within a short drive. Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Lamb and Flag in Rhayader. The pod has everything you can ask for. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.
