We didn't get in the hot tub. The only thing that would have been better is if the weather had been warmer. There's nothing you can do about that. We like the cabin. It was just big enough for the 2 of us. We would stay again.

Nice peaceful and quiet place. Hot tub was a plus. Place could use more lighting, especially in the kitchen. Host was attentive as there was some issues with TV/DVD player and he came right over to fix the issue.

Cabin and host were both amazing. Frank met us on the property and talked to us about nearby restaurants and how to get to the visitor center of the national park. He also walked us through how to play disc golf and we enjoyed playing around the property. The hot tub was great after all the hiking and disc golf too!

Perfect little cabin for a quick anniversary trip. We enjoyed the hottub on the back porch. It was amazing to sit in the hottub in the evening and look up through the trees and see the beautiful twinkling stars. Very relaxing and private. I do suggest some type of lighting out there as it was extremely dark until we turned the hot-tub water lights on. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Lots of towels and cooking extras. There is two coffee makers..a drip style and Keurig with coffee and creamer provided. There are a few mom and pop restaurants near. We drove an EV so we had to drive all the way to Bowling Green to charge as this was out in the country so no chargers near here of course. Smith Grove Buccees will have some operating soon. We checked in at the disc golf office and the host was extremely kind. I would suggest a recliner or some type of additional seating in the living room but that’s just me. Loved our stay and 100% recommended!

The hot tub was perfect for the end of the day. Cabin is small but cozy for 2 people. I wish there was a light on the deck in the back. It was very dark.

This has been the best cabin we have ever stayed in. It’s peaceful, super clean, and just remote enough. We have already made plans to visit again! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Thank you Hickory Cabins!

It’s a nice little cabin in the woods. It’s pretty tiny. If you are a larger person, you probably will not fit in the shower. It is the tiniest shower I’ve ever seen. Otherwise it was great. It’s very close to Mammoth Cave, and there are a couple areas that have some nice restaurants, but you have to drive. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! The cabin was remote, quiet, and surrounded by nature—exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed spending our evenings grilling, sitting by the fire pit, and then relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. The location was also perfect—just a short drive to the mountain bike loops at Mammoth Cave National Park. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and explore the outdoors!

This is a beautiful place. Quiet and serene. Communication was good. The inside of the cabin was clean and well maintained. It was relaxing and really nice. However the hot tub was very dirty and smelled of heavy chemicals. Really wish we could have used it since it was a big draw for us
