We had a great stay at this adorable secluded cabin. It’s very clean and well stocked, everything you need for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. Great hosts, very friendly and attentive. We saw a lot of wildlife including porcupines, deer and turkeys. Very close to the shore so we were able to scoot down at watch the sunrise. This place is a must stay and we can’t wait to visit again! Tucked back in a pine forest, it was paradise for us.

We loved this house so much, it was an amazing location and a beautiful area. The house itself is very charming, super clean and it had everything that you could possibly need/ask for.Hosts are very nice people and very attentive to your needs, you can just tell that they put their hearts into decorating this gorgeous space. The outside area was very cozy and smelled like pine trees, we had fire pit and a gas grill that we used quite often. The ocean access is a very nice and short walk away, we explored all the rocks and little sea creatures.Acadia was our main destination and we would drive to Bar Harbor every day (very scenic and easy drive), we hiked endless trails and ate lobster. People were very friendly and sweet, if you want to come to Maine-look no more, that’s your place!!!!If I could I would give this house and hosts 100 stars!Thank you again for having us!!!

This is such a beautiful little cottage. The property is also just lovely and private. It is immaculately clean with everything you would need. Perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a very short drive to the Schoodic penisula, but almost an hour to the mai part of Acadia. We didn't mind that though, we liked that it was less touristy and quiet. The beach within walking distance is not really accessable, but there is a sandy beach about 1.5 mile drive. We loved the little fishing village of Corea, just a short drive away, where you can get lobster and many other things at a little restaurant right on the water.

It had been about 30 years since we had been to Maine, and this was a great choice for our return visit. Cozy cabin! Pines, pines, and more pines. Sounds of the ocean at night. So peaceful (except for workmen at the neighboring property, but we weren't around most of the day, so it wasn't a terrific problem.) Ferry wasn't running, but the drives were beautiful, so no complaints there. Had a lovely and relaxing vacation, which was the objective. Seeing the Northern Lights (without a ton of light pollution) was a bonus! Highly recommend this location!! Cabin was well stocked and clean. Everything was in working order. If you book this cabin, do note that your GPS may tell you that you have arrived once you turn onto the paved road, but you haven't! Keep going to the gravel road and you'll be on the correct lane to your destination. Don't hesitate to book - you won't regret it!
