Stayed Feb 13, 2026Great communication from the host. Beautiful and romantic little cabin. Hot tub is very large and seemingly newer and even though the cabin is older it has some fresh updates in it. The road to the cabin can be tough especially in bad or snowy weather so if you do not own a 4wd vehicle I would make sure there is no chance of snow or ice for your stay. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025This was our second stay at Crooked Cabin and we had another enjoyable time. Although there are two other cabins on the property, the location is private and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and just sitting on the back porch. The driveway is steep but we didn’t have any issues. Communication with the host was excellent. Saluda is a cute little town and Hendersonville is a short drive. Overall great stay!

Stayed Sep 27, 2025House was clean; slight issue with dishwasher but communication with host resolved the issue quickly. Hot Tub was clean and to temperature. Mountain view was more elevated Forrest view not a long mountain landscape. Overall, good stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Our first time staying in this cabin and it was awesome. The location is perfect to downtown Saluda. We enjoyed the quiet, secluded feel of the cabin and being close to downtown was a plus. The cabin was very well taken care of and had everything we looked for in a stay. Will definitely stay again soon!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We had a wonderful time in Saluda. The cabin was nice and the scenery beautiful. Communication with the host was great, and she was always quick to answer questions. The only suggestion would be to mark the entrance a little better with a sign or numbers. If it was there, we missed it. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed May 24, 2025We had a mix-up at check-in, that seemed to be a bigger issue than it was, to me as I had my rehearsal dinner at 5 pm and we did not resolve the issue until 8:15pm. The owners offered to reimburse me for a night due to the issue, and it was appreciated. Their cleaning person was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. I believe they plan to change the way renters enter the space so that this does not happen again.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024We stayed at Crooked Cabin and had a lovely weekend. The cabin is well-maintained and very clean. It’s rustic, as a mountain cabin should. The other cabins on the property are far enough away that you have plenty of privacy. The cabin is down a gravel road, so plan on washing your vehicle afterwards. Saluda is lovely little town with a couple of nice restaurants. Tryon, Flat Rock, and Hendersonville are easy drives. However, the cabin has plenty of kitchenware if you just want to go and hide in the mountains.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Short but restful visit. Quiet amidst the trees. The drive was more challenging than we really expected but once we experienced it… travel there after was great! Loved the town!!
