This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed.
We had a great weekend with family and another couple with their child. The kids had a lot of fun. The river is really close by and the house was cozy and clean.
My family and I had a great birthday weekend away. The area is secluded yet very close to the Russian River. The property was clean. We were really impressed with the hosts' communication.
Big house with all the amenities. Great for a family with a homey vibe. It's close to town and sea.
The hospitality was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!
The house, the neighborhood, and the neighbors were fine. However, we were disappointed the beach across the street was closed due to excessive flooding. We would stay they again if the beach is open!
We loved everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave, it really was like being at home, made my family and me connect in such a nice way, thanks
The mattresses are old and not comfortable. You charge a cleaning fee but you want us to put out the trash, clean and put away all dishes, glasses and utensils. Then you suggest that it would be nice if we started a load of laundry as we leave. The house was clean and comfortable. Convenient? Not! Driving down anorrow road for two miles from town is not convenient. Not sure I’ll use VRBO. Seems your renters are more concerned with management fees , cleaning fees and misc. fees. Like most things in CA overrated and overcharged
This house was wonderful. The best part was being so close to a park and the river! Literally steps away. I had such a wonderful time staying here. Would definitely book again!
We stayed in Casa Rosa over a weekend and we thought it was great. The home is clean and comfortable with lots of spaces to explore. It is a short walk to the Russian River and there is a small/safe park right across the street. It is a short drive to Johnson Beach, which was fun, but go early because it got crowded quickly. We were able to bring our dog along and they even provided dog dishes.
