Great spot, right next to smaller hwy but not much noise at night, could use a few more kitchen instruments, but good area, safe, cozy, loved the hot tub, and fire pit outdoors but covered, close to town 3 minute drive. Loved the fireplace and tv , great decor, nice comfy bed!

The property was super cute and comfortable. The unit was very clean and had everything that I needed.

A perfect, cozy spot just minutes from downtown Guerneville. We lucked out on beautiful weather for the weekend and then rain arrived our last night - listening to the raindrops while we sat creekside was just as idyllic as we’d hoped. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Host was very quick with replies and home was very well kept. I would say some better cooking supplies would be a good upgrade! Other than that everything was great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect to access the Coast, the Redwoods and Wine Country. The home was very clean and well-appointed. At the end of each day of hiking and wine sippiong we loved sitting out on the deck with the fire pit and hot tub. It was so relaxing! Communication with the host was easy and the check-in experience was seamless.

The home is very well kept, spotless, and has such a warm, cozy, and homey feel. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with — they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.Me, my fiancée, and our daughter were very impressed and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of nature!

Overall, very nice place kitchen could’ve used a few more sharp knives, but that is very common with VRBO. I would recommend staying here.

we had the best girls’ weekend at this adorable mini home! it was clean, cozy, and so peaceful, perfect for relaxing. the location was quiet but still just a short drive to downtown, so we had the best of both worlds. would definitely stay again!

Headed “up North” (I live in San Leandro) to get away while I had my deck painted. I have dogs and it just seemed easier to leave then try to navigate them not having acces to the yard and also barking at the painter. This cute little spot was perfect for us! Close to downtown but also private and best of all, had an enclosed deck with a hot tub so I did not have to worry about my dogs running off. Highly recommend

Good deal within walking distance of Guerneville.
