This property was awesome- so close to RMNP entrance while also being very close to local shopping. The property managers were so accommodating and communicative without being to present. Overall, we were so happy we stayed at the Lazy R!

Such a cozy and cute cabin. Bed was comfy, futon not so much, but luckily just the two of us stayed. Used the kitchen, well stocked for utensils and cooking. Salt and pepper provided, but bring your own Slap Ya Mama and seasonings. Hot tub was clean and bathroom fully stocked with plenty of towels. Fan and heaters already in the room. Didn’t have to reach out to the office once. Would definitely stay again.

We needed the thermostat fixed. It was 95 the first day after the furnace was turned on we asked for a fan to help, and freezer was leaking onto top shelve of frig, freezing our eggs the first day, that was not resolved. Otherwise all was good.

The cabin was perfect size for me and my husband with plenty of room. We found the cabin to be very clean and user friendly. We had a question about the hot tub and called customer service and got an answer right away with Rocky Mountain Resorts. The hot tub felt wonderful after a long day of hiking. Location is excellant. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was cozy & the location was great. We loved the view from the living room & deck. The hot tub was a huge plus. The kitchen had most everything we needed & the grill worked well. The screen door needs some work as flies got in very easily. The windows need some work as well because their seals aren't good. A couple of them didn't stay open well & we had to prop them open. The shower worked great & the fluffy towels were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. I liked the way the linen could be exchanged. Would have liked some instructions on using the TV - 3 remotes but no instructions! . Also some brochures about the area would have been nice - we've had those at all other rentals we've stayed at. It was a nice quiet location & we had deer visit us one morning!

It's was hot without air conditioning it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The couch bed was uncomfortable and there was not enough seating.

We traveled with our 2 year old Golden and the stay worked well with the surrounding grounds. The property was a good for good location for hiking, accessing RMNP, and other local attractions. The facility is older and rustic but was clean and well maintained.

Small but cute and cozy. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing that bothered us too much(we found a few dirty socks under the bed and there was clumps of dog hair under the couch). Hot tub was perfect with great mountain views. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Extremely clean little cottage in a nice location. Clean and hot hot tub. We had fun! You might want to leave some brief instructions for the heating element. Might want to make the hot tub completely private, since it's already 75% private. The brackets from the old blinds were left on, even though the blinds were replaced by curtains. Might want to get a nicer couch. It's a real bargain couch that is barely adequate. But...I am nitpicking. It was a cute cottage in a great location.

Fantastic! We spent a lot of time reading reviews for a nice little place to stay on our trip from Minneapolis to Estes Park. There was something about this place that I liked even with the pictures from the start. We had a lot of options, but ultimately decided to trust the solid reviews. We were so happy where the little cabin was placed and to have such a beautiful view of the mountains as we enjoyed the hot tub multiple nights not to mention every morning with my coffee! They aren’t large and they aren’t fancy but so clean and everything my family of four including two teenage girls needed. So cozy. The location could not have been better for all of the Rocky Mountain activities we wanted to do with so much nearby, including downtown shops, breweries, etc. We plan to come and stay again. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Wonderful cozy cabin very close to the south entrance to RMNP! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and pack most of our meals. Showerhead and fluffy towels were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Bedding and bed were all super comfy. We loved having DirecTV to watch the Olympics at the end of each day. Might have been a bit tight for 4 adults, but perfect for 2. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was the perfect size for 2 adults with a very clean 2 person hot tub on a semi- private deck. The property is located alongside a busy road with a gas station and several restraunts just across the street and a mechanic shop on the other side of the property fence so it was more like staying in town rather than just outside of town. It is also a very bright property at night so it was a little hard to keep the inside of the cabin dark. The only real downfall was the cabin had a terrible sewer gas smell that filled the interior of the cabin starting in the evening and lasting pretty much all night. It was almost unbearable. It did help a little opening all the windows with the 2 fans blowing fresh air in, but it does get a little chilly. Besides the smell, this place was what we were looking for. Even though it wasn't as remote as we would've liked.
