This split level holiday home is perfect for families with plans to spend most of their time in the river or at the water park. Located behind the Cool River Tubing Water Park and within walking distance to downtown Helen! The light fills this home through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Sit on the back deck and listen to the water flow by. Cook up a dinner on the gas grill, we provide the propane!

Cuddle up on the leather furniture and enjoy the flatscreen television in the living room with free WiFi connection. The television is streaming where you can find free channels to watch or sign into your own accounts. (Just don't forget to sign out when you check-out!) The kitchen and living room are open to each other, leaving plenty of room for entertaining while cooking and making snacks during movie night! Turn up the gas logs for a cozy evening with the warmth and glow of a fire.

On the main floor is the Stars and Stripes Queen bedroom, decorated and representing all that is the american flag. This room has it's very own streaming television. The Stars and Stripes bath is just across the hall with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, retro vanity and full length mirror. This bedroom also has its very own streaming television, too. The master bath has a jetted garden tub, ready to soothe away your troubles.

• Access: The roads and driveway are paved. The property is on stilts and there are 20+ steps from the parking area up to the front door.
