Very quiet. Not a lot of people. The wild life were awsome. Looking over the river seeing deer run across river. Seeing the fish jump and animals on river bank. It was a great time to just relax.
Relaxing stay , we went Crystal digging and there was plenty of places to wash crystals and wash clothes. Beautiful Creek to walk along.
So enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. The Crystal Minds we came to see were close by with a grocery store and wonderful Cafe in Mt Ida. Alan was available if you had any questions or concerns. I would definitely come stay here again!
Great place next to the woods and water beautiful view and clean place
Very reasonable
The amenities in the cabin made it a pleasure to hang out there. The window unit AC kept things cool on an unusually warm Oct. day and the living and bedroom furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and various kitchenware to facilitate making our own meals. There was even left-over condiments and foil. The bathroom shower was hot, elevated, and had good water flow. The location is ideal for riding/hiking Womble and is very scenic with the Ouachita river right out back. The cabin was clean and cool when we checked in and we were allowed a couple of hours for a late checkout to get one last ride in. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great cabin at the end of a long dirt road. Place was nice and cozy and the river access was a plus!
Process was easy, I had to change my original booking and Alan was quick and efficient with that change. The property is remote, river access is close and it was just what I needed! It’s a great place to recharge your energy. Thanks Alan for a great stay?
Quiet, peaceful, and lovely. Plenty of space in the cabin. We had more than enough room for the three of us. Lots of deer to see. Ouachita River runs a safe distance behind the cabin and if you sit on the back porch you can hear the water running. It was the perfect weekend getaway.
We really enjoyed the stay. Great views and saw deer everyday.
We stayed at cabin 1. The river sounded more like a waterfall due to recent rain. It was relaxing and quiet. A nice getaway from the typical busy life.
