The property was amazing, very clean and certainly better than the pictures. The kitchen with the open living room is perfect for enjoying drinks, food and games with loved ones!

I took my family to the property for Easter weekend. The property was great. Quiet, well kept. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked with cooking utensils and even a great selection of spices. The kids especially liked the hot tub. Well worth it.

Bear necessities was fantastic. Very spacious, plenty of beds, and clean. The location was great. I enjoyed the quietness around the property and was really a great place to recharge for a long weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to reply to any questions. I would highly recommend bear necessities, and see myself coming back in the future. 5/5!

Overall 10/10. The cabin is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. All 12 of us slept comfortably in beds. This cabin is perfect for big groups.

The cabin is overall wonderful! We enjoyed the space it provided for our family. There was more than enough room for our family to all sleep comfortably. We appreciated that they put up a Christmas tree. Check in was so easy as well as communication with the owner and manager. Both were very helpful through the entire process. The cabin is located about 30 minutes from Breckinridge, and the drive there is not bad. The only issue that we had during our stay was the hot tub not being clean as well as some blankets and sheets not being clean. I notified the manager of these issues and both of them were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this cabin for large families wanting to stay away from the larger/busier towns.

My family (including 5 grown kids and some with spouses) stayed at this property for Thanksgiving week and had a great time! It was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. I wanted to “Sim” the kitchen and master and place them in my home, lol! Our host was very helpful before and during our stay. He responded quickly to any and all of our questions. We strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience Colorado and at the same time have a lovely place to come back to!
