Brought to you by Amberwood Estes Park Cabins

Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property.

There is a community firepit as well as horseshoe pits and cornhole games in front of the Grand Lodge.

The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code.

The Neighborhood:

Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as deer and elk on our property.

Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car. You do not need four wheel drive to access the property. There is free parking near the cabin. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you!

The city of Estes Park runs a shuttle in the summer months and there is a stop within walking distance to the cabins.

Other Things to Note:

We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash.

Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you!

DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN CABIN

● Daily maid/towel/linen services are not provided

For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and share important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.

Great place. The cabin was clean, well appointed and had a perfect location between the town and the entrance to the park.

The stay was overall very good. The location is really nice, and there are quite a few amenities on site. We didn't like that all bedroom doors didn't have locks and that the sliding doors for the bathrooms were not adjusted to lock even though locks existed.

Everything was perfect and very nice. The pictures don’t do it justice! I want all the bear decor! very clean & beautifully decorated without being cluttered. bed & pillows are very comfortable (we only used the primary bedroom.) kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and everything was working properly. We felt very comfortable & cozy here. We appreciated the coffee maker & all supplies as well as bathroom & shower items. only things we needed to bring were our clothes, food, toothbrush & toothpaste! Tons of closet space. We were worried the cabins are so close together (we like peace and quiet) but we didn’t hear a peep out of anyone nearby. The surrounding grounds are really nice with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and trees. We have 2 dogs & they did great despite not having a private yard. Just a few steps away to the grassy areas. Even though we always bring our own poop bags, it was wonderful to have 2 dog stations there with bags and trash cans. communication was excellent, making sure things were okay & a check out reminder. Very professional and kind. One caution: the cabin is on a slope, so it you’re unsteady on your feet, that may be a challenge, tho not for us. Quick drive into town or RMNP entry. Concrete walking paths to town. Will definitely stay at this beautiful cabin again!

Wonderful location. Well stocked beautiful cabin. Nice to have grill with utensils, crockpot and storage containers for leftovers. The TV does require streaming service so make sure to bring your passwords. Very comfortable beds and linens including the day bed. Plenty closer space. Loved having portable fans. The only thing maybe could be added is dishcloth for kitchen and few more kitchen towels but definitely didn’t hinder our stay. Would definitely stay again. Elk come right on the property! Amazing. Very responsive host as well

The cabin was modern, renovated, absolutely beautiful! Large kitchen, large dining table, King size beds and bathrooms were elegant! Smaller size deck but very cozy with BBQ gas grill. Recommend staying! Only small complaint is cabin is near road, if you leave the windows open for fresh mountain air, you can hear the cars. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Everything was as expected and spot on to what the posting listed. A day before our arrival I was made aware that the living room tv had stopped working but they had someone out to replace during our 2nd day there. As a compensation, they waived the check in early fees, which was greatly appreciated especially Will stay here again. after very early travel and a drive in from Denver.

This property was a perfect pick for our group. It had all the amenities we needed and had a nice modern interior. Host was always quick to respond to any questions. Location is a quick drive to the park and town. Wifi was very helpful as cell signal is spotty and allowed for streaming.

Spacious and well designed inside with upscale appliances and fixtures. Cabins are very close to one as an FYI. Beds were very firm—too much so for my personal preference. Conveniently located to everything in n the area.

We were in Colorado for a wedding, and wanted to see the National Park. We wanted a place in Estes Park, close to tennis courts, and of course the park. We can't believe we found this place still available two days before coming! It was perfect!! Very clean, comfortable, and great pans! I always bring stainless pans with me because so many places have pans that aren't the best. Great pans, great dishes - it was very nice!! Would definitely stay again.
