Cabin 04 Pet friendly *Updated* Studio+ kitchen

This vintage cabin at the PONDEROSA LODGE in Glenwood Springs has been recently remodeled. Come stay at the Historic Ponderosa Lodge cabins, where the Old West meets modern-day with a fresh twist of whimsy. Pets welcome (on leash outside) with $20 pet fee per night. Rustic and playful, these cabins all have kitchens, queen beds, cable TV, and internet. Located just minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs. Private parking for each cabin.

Pets are $20/night PER PET - may be paid onAirbnb or contact us for other method of pymt. Queen bed, 2 barrel chairs, small dining table and stools, large mini-fridge, full sized stove, coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, microwave, dishes, cups and silverware for two. 42` Smart TV, internet, updated bathroom with corner round shower glass enclosure.

Outdoor lawn spaces are shared spaces, includes fire pit / BBQ area, dog waste station, and guest laundry cabin (open 24 hours). Coins and detergent are not provided.

Guests will be able to check in using door code and smart lock- if help is needed, please reach out to Hosts- otherwise, very little to no interaction with guests by Hosts.

PETS ARE ALLOWED in this cabin ($20 per pet, per night). All towels, bedding, linens are to remain in the apartment at all times - towels are NOT for pool use!! If violated, we will charge $25 per towel (chlorine and minerals from the pool can destroy our towels!). You may rent towels at the Hot Springs directly. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE CABINS ($500 FINE IF VIOLATED)!
Please clean all dishes, pans, pots and stove if used.
PETS. The Host does allow pets in some units, but ONLY the cabins that are clearly marked PET FRIENDLY (Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, AND 8 are the ONLY Pet Friendly cabins at the Ponderosa Lodge location) : There are NO pets allowed in the other locations. If the Guest is found to have pets in any non-pet-friendly locations, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited, and penalties applied. Additionally,
- Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
- Pet must comply with local legislation requirements.
- Pet must be kept on a leash when on the Host property unless it is in the guest`s room.
- Pets must not be left unattended unless kenneled.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Host property and in the neighborhood.
-Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests and/or neighbors are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host, the Host`s property, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest`s pet, and the Host reserves the right to charge guest`s account commensurate to the cost of such damages if applicable.
