Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home with 5 couples to ride the Black Hills. First, the garage accommodated all of our motorcycles which was wonderful! Next, there was overflow parking allowing for the trailers to be parked out of the driveway or property. The home itself was gorgeous! Big beautiful first floor for everyone to hang out together and have meals. Great wrap around deck with a gas fireplace to enjoy in the evening. All bedrooms had great beds and bedding and 3.5 baths were ample for our group. There were lots of towels in the bathrooms and a basket of towels to use for the hot tub. 2 sets of washer/dryers were perfect for wasking clothes for the group. The home was close to downtown Lead and Deadwood. I think the only thing I would say is that we only were given one roll of papertowels-thankfully we brought extra. Was a fantastic home and we will definitely consider for future trips!

The home was beautiful and just right for our group. The adults all got their own bedrooms and grandkids used bedroom with bunks amd sofa bed Just enough bathrooms. Water pressure could be a little better.

Great stay, clean, large property comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped. less than 10 min drive to Terry Peak, only complaint is the thermostat at the house was messed up- it was either very cold or very hot at the house!

We stayed here over New Years and it was great. Beautiful home and great location.

We stayed here for the holiday with family, so that we could ski, hike, & just enjoy time together. This is a spacious house that provided enough beds & space for everyone. The clubhouse is an added bonus to allow everyone to swim & play games. We used the hot tub, though we did struggle with having enough towels for everyone to rotate thru and places to hang them to dry in between issues. Other than that - this property offered everything and more for our family to spend Christmas together.

Loved the stay. It seemed the highlight for our group was sitting around the fire pit after a long day out. We never made it to the hot tub or the community center. Everything was spotless and very well decorated. The garage door on the right did have a few hiccups with not wanting to close, and the coffee pot that was on the counter didn’t work well, but there was a spare in the broom closet. Nothing we encountered would have discouraged our stay. We had a group of 7 adults and never ran out of hot water trying to get our showers in. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone slept great!

Beautiful house! Garage lock is tricky so had to use the key.

Property was an excellent location. House was well appointed with good amenities. Landscaping could use a little clean up. Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the large deck and spent lots of our time all hanging out tougher there. The kids enjoyed the community pool two of the days. The host was very responsive! Definitely recommend!

We rented this lovely home for our kids and grandkids to join us The grandkids loved the area, the walk to the pools and the pools themselves! We also enjoyed many beanbag games in the garage when it rained outside. The kitchen is in the open so perfect for visiting while food prep was going on The furnishings and decor are beautiful. We highly recommend!

We liked bedroom layout, worked well for our group. Cleaning could have been better. Maintenance was lacking - master bath faucet sprayed all over on right sink, master bedroom door and half bath door hinges needed oil, needed large (family size) fry pan in kitchen. Deck on side of house and front were covered with tree sap. We did have a blast but the above items would have made it that much better!

The house was big enough for 5 families. It was located within driving distance of all activities and the neighborhood was very nice!

Clean, very nice, well stocked except for pans were not quality and worn. Nice neighborhood, but photo showed no house nearby. Actually new house being constructed nerby, very loud.
