Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, as well as does the guest bedroom. Master bathroom has a shower, where the guest room has a shower with a bath. Living room has a sleeping sofa which can accommodate additional one or two guests. It's a wonderful romantic couple getaway, a suitable place for 2 couples or a family with children. Total square footage of the house is 1200 sq ft.
This is a clean peaceful cabin with a deck and main floor living above and two bedrooms below, on a shaded sloping lot adjacent to a creek. No cell service at this location and wifi speed is limited (insufficient for HD video streaming). Expedia booking not necessary as this is a VRBO-listed property; excellent owner communication. Seems pricy for remote location.
We stayed here for a quick anniversary trip. The cabin was very clean, cute, and cozy! It was also a very short drive to our favorite hike in NC, High Falls trail! We very much enjoyed our short stay. Thank you!
vey nice cabin, off the beaten track, nicely furnished. Pleasent owners. Gravel road to get to the cabin was a slight challenge.
Great spot!
This was a last minute getaway weekend for my husband and I. Very nice house, clean, close to everything, owner gave us many suggestions for places to go, very available if we had any questions, we didn’t. We enjoyed our weekend here!
The cabin was beautiful and spotless clean on our arrival. Check in was easy and the host communicated with us before and during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. We especially appreciated the fast WiFi as we had no cell reception at the cabin, the WiFi was good enough that this didn’t matter. Thank you for a great weekend, and we hope to come back!
We truly enjoyed being there. The house was welcoming, clean, all ammenities and a wonderful view. We give it our highest rating and look forward to visiting again.
The cabin is in a great location, quick to get to from the main road yet without any street noise. It was cozy and very comfortable for two adults. Getting to the cabin requires driving on a single lane dirt road, and we did encounter other cars on occasion which required one of us to pull to the side or to back up. This is very common in the Cashiers area to have a winding single road, and this one is relatively short. Also common for the area, we did not have any cell service at the cabin and the WiFi was very spotty. Not a big deal if you’re vacationing, however we were working while here and had to drive into town to have cell service or use the public WiFi. Not something we expected
Short drive up a gravel road - secluded property. Close to the road, but it didnt matter - no one was able to see you. Short drive to the Lake and Cashiers. Great location. Nice folks own the property.
The owners are super nice. Cabin could use some things like a baking sheet, casserole dish etc. it’s pretty but pretty isolated up a gravel road. I think it’s good value overall.
This is a wonderful cabin full of charm! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Cashiers and right near the lake. It was a perfect spot for our family of five; the 7 and 4 year old shared a bedroom and our two year old had plenty of room for her pack 'n play with us in the Master. The cabin was very clean and the owners were so helpful and easy to contact. Can't recommend this cabin enough!
