Blackhorn Lodge - Access to Pool!

We loved the location to the clubhouse with the heated pool. Kids and adults all loved the arcade machine upstairs in this cabin. Layout was perfect to host our group of 11. Large table was nice for playing games too. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to a few issues but the manager quickly remedied them so we had an enjoyable weekend. The layout was a little echoey since we had kids there and there is a shuffle board. But, overall, this was a great vacation!

Overall good experience, spacious, nice kitchen/dining layout, plenty of towels, supplies, and two decks. Enjoyed the deer and other wild life. Good parking layout. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission for the entire stay but it was nice to have the main lodge close by and the pool was back in service a day or two after we arrived. We like staying in Gilded because it’s central and close to many things we enjoy.

This house was perfect for our group of 12. Lots of room, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was the biggest hit with our group. 2 things we think would make it better would be more towels and make the entrance to property easier, as the steps are awkward and difficult with luggage and coolers. Thanks for sharing this amazing property!

This house was very pretty and a great location but there are some things that need to be upgraded! We checked in when it was very dark outside, it would have been nice to have an outside light on so we could see where we were going. When we walked in the house it was 60 degrees and it took forever to warm the house up at that temp so to have the heat on when we arrived would have been nice as well! The downstairs mattress needs to be changed very uncomfortable. The tv downstairs had a line down the center and the main level cable didn’t work. Better seating on the main level would be nice as well!! We had an awesome stay and loved the location!

We enjoyed our stay there, had everything we needed and could of wanted out of a cabin the mountains. Upper level was a little warm but other than that we had not issues. Ms. Pacman brought back memories and had us adults competing against each other. It was great.

Very clean, handy laundry room on the main. Beautiful, homey, inviting set up! Really liked the covered walkway leading to front porch, due to the rainy weather during our visit, this was a nice feature. The Galaga game upstairs was a hit!! :)
